My wife and I bought our first house for $16,000. Our second house was $59,500. That same house just sold for $272,800. We bought our third house for $196,000. Now it is appraised for $414,000. Even with my house paid off, the property taxes are about to double. Things are getting bad when it's hard to pay the property taxes. And if I can't pay the $3,000 property taxes, the government can take the entire $414,000 capital. I'm not allowed to steal, but the government can.

New : motor, transfer case , front end axels, AC, and few other pieces of equipment. Today I still have a paid for truck & it's something I can repair myself. I knew someone 10 years ago riding one and a car hit him. He had a hell of a time getting the hospital bill paid off. His medical insurer initially denied the claim because it was a 'motorized bike'. When he appealed they finally agreed to pay the bill. Might not be so easy to get other insurers to cough up the money, especially nowadays.

Evs are totaled easily because of the battery pack being damaged slightly. They are too dangerous and expensive to fix and that's affecting rates.

This is why I'm trying to tell everybody. That's young. You have to choose your career very wisely and very carefully. And one of the greatest things about being a truck driver is that you really have a recession-proof job. I don't know many truck drivers that are out of work and if they are, it's probably because of their own doing, because they don't want to work because I don't know a truck driver out there that is unemployed because they cannot find a job.????

Beware of what you call a dead end job.Because just because there are ways to move up does not mean you will lose that job when you get there!!!! Right, remember the guy with Tesla?How he moved up the letter?Make One hundred twenty thousand dollars per year After 5 years and I'll look at him unemployed.So just because you move up.The ladder does not mean that you are safe!!!!!!!!! On the contrary, sometimes, the best job is a dead end job!!!! Remember there is not any safety moving up. The ladder and the people who get cut first from corporations are the high dollar earners. It's not the people making 15 to $20 an hour. It's the people making $100000 plus!!!!!!!!!!!!
