Joe is basically just a copy of Alfredo (and I mean that is a positive way). It's great. They're basically the same person and I love it. Him, Ky, and BK were all great hires who fit in immediately and I love it for them

it does show both blindfolding and unblindfolding messages, but you only see when someone unblindfolds if you are also unblindfolded. Its there to help gamemasters keep track of when people are blindfolded as the symbol that appears over their usernames can be easy to overlook.

I really appreciate Ky's attitude towards Joe. she was really sweet about it and didn't make him feel worse

In Joe's defense, the engine does support ownership, such that you _cannot_ view another person's cards that are supposed to remain private. Joe shouldn't have tried to look at Alfredo's card, yes, but the game shouldn't have let him regardless.

Yes, but this is only the case if those protections are set up. There is a (non-physical) box you can draw that makes it so that anything in that box 'belongs' to the color player that the box is. So a red box belongs to the red player. Anything in that box cant be peeked at by the other players (you can even set it up where the things in the box is fully hidden thus invisible to other players) However the person who made the mod they are running didn't do this, nor did Larry set it up. Thus the game figured if it was on the table it belonged to everyone thus allowed him to look at the card.

That second game for Ky was such a roller coaster haha. Brilliant play to guess what everyone else was thinking hoping to throw people off Lindsays scent. But it also boggles my mind how she didnt think Joe was the accomplice. He was the only one somewhat accusing her! Her logic for drifting away from Fredo and into thinking it was Trevor definitely had me scratching my head as well.

I thought the same. All evidence pointed to Lindsay or *Maybe* Alfredo. But he shot a full accusation at Ky out of the blue. And she happened to have been the Accomplice.

Everyone really got the hang of this super fast, I love it!

To be fair, Jo would be right in that he can't look at their cards... if they had put said cards into their own hands. Why they didn't, I have no idea. edit: well there you go, done for round 2.

Based on the fact that someone made a hand zone in the middle of the table at the end of the first round, then they used them in the second, I'm gonna assume that the original mod maker just didn't put hand boxes in.

Joe got big debug tester vibes with the whole hm surely the game wouldn't let me do this I should test it. Pretty funny!

This game was so scuffed. Gotta love it

i really enjoyed watching Ky getting cerebral with this and trying to interpret what the forensic scientist’s clues could mean, this is such a fun game for that and it’s great to watch.

I've probably said this before, at first I was indifferent towards Joe but now he's really growing on me. Him and Fredo are a funny pair!

Their arguments about what's an accident or not... Yes, anything can be an accident. That being said, Larry is deciding what it's defined as. If they died of radiation POISONING, then Larry sure as shit would pick poisoning over accident! Don't think of what weapons can fit the cause, think of what the weapons would be categorized as. P.S: As for Larry's comment on carbon monoxide... that would still be poisoning. The leak happened accidentally, but the death was by poison.

You're 100% right. Although Trevor especially makes this point later on when Joe accuses Radiation.

"I think a cleaver can go right through you" "Carbon Monoxide would be like an accident, that would be radiation of some kind." They've got some interesting "knowledge."

Honestly, I don't think Ky accusing Lindsay was actually a good move. It deflected suspicion of her being the accomplice, sure, but you don't really lose much if people suspect you're the accomplice. She basically ended up giving them a free guess by guessing a combination that they were leaning towards and probably would have spent a badge to guess.

This game works fine as is. But with our in depth yet vague the cards are, I feel like some extra mechanic would really make the game a lot more interesting. Something where the Victim cards play more of a difference somehow. Since I don't know when stuff like "Short" and "Dry" comes in handy. And like what's the difference between "Sunny", "Hot", and "Humid" for Weather?? Sometimes they can be linked but it's often such a huge stretch and has nothing to do with the "Victim."

As a millennial, I love headsets because earbuds feel weird.

Could you guys play chameleon in a later video? I think your group would have a lot of fun with it

Blindfolds on doesn't matter. And it won't actually tell you who took them off if you have one on. It only does that if yours is already off.

This is a fun game, but I have to say that it really seems like only Trevor and Ky know what they’re doing, and even then, they’re not really expanding the thought process as much as they should be. Both scenarios had a lot more possibilities that were never discussed, and NO ONE seemed able to point them out, even in order to defend themselves. I’m also not entirely sure I understand the point of the Investigator role. I’d like to see another round of this to see if the group gets any better, but even if they don’t, it was a lot of fun to watch. And hey, I’ve always enjoyed tabletop simulator games on this channel!

Investigator is just the general town role, like base crewmate in amogus. Also, remember that they're going off of "why would larry chose these specific ones, and not something else." ex: while trophy *could* be accident, why *wouldn't* it be blood loss instead, as that much more matches the theme of the weapon. Also, they're trying to go for "why are we given this clue in particular"- if a set of clues matches up, but vaguely and loosely, it's probably a red herring.

how can i play this online. I keep seeing it played online but cant find it myself.

In this one basically they have 8 cards in front of them. 4 are weapons and 4 are items. There is a murderer. The murderer must choose one from the items and the murder weapons. The forensic scientist (Larry) knows the murder method and item. They can't say what they are. They do have cards though from the deck with categories. The cards related to the murder weapon or the location related to the item in the first few. Then there are more cards that are random that can related to either. Each player gets 1 guess which they turn in their card. The goal is toe guess the murder weapon and the item together as guessing a single one doesn't count. This game tends to rely on discussion and figuring out what the Scientist thinks. Technically the scientist must say nothing about what they know, they may only use the cards with bullets. The witness and accomplice are added roles. The accomplice knows the murderer and the method. Their goal is to pick out the witness. The witness knows the murderer and the accomplice, but not the method. If the murderer is correctly caught, the accomplice has a chance to choose the witness and if they die, the murderer goes free.

I both love and hate this game cuz 1: its a perfect game AH and their amazing vocal comedy. But 2: this game is way too complicated and goes way over their heads because of the individual interpretations Like the Card is Plastic. Plastic =/= Water Bottle.

I'm glad they played this. I recommended it for a while. I'm not sure if they noticed or came on it on their own. But it's a fun game. I don't know what the rules specifically say, but usually our forensic scientist will play one bullet and pause to let people discuss. Just I think here too many clues at once may confuse people.

The thing I like about Lindsay is they constantly throw out random, small, jokes, that have nothing to do with anything. Most of the time you think "that's funny" and nothing else, but after the millionth time I finally break start giggling uncontrollably. 40:31 is when that happened.

Ky game 2: "i don't wanna die again don't make it short :(" *Larry picks 'large'* Ky: "i'm thicc does that count?" wtf?? like do you wanna die or not cause at this point that just seemed like an attention grab. usually like Ky but man this grated on me for some reason

Was big brain to follow the group so they didn't accuse her. But stupid to do the one they were going to vote for. Since they would've wasted a bade on it. Also the Accomplice should be trying to get the attention off of the Murderer. Which I suppose you can do by doing the wrong answer everyone thought it was. But then they can just keep guessing if there's a lot of evidence there.

Why is accident even an option? If it's an accident it isn't a murder.
