I love intense hockey games but bro lol it’s beer league . No offense to my fellow beer leaguers but it’s the truth . Whenever I run into guys like this it never ends well for them

Tearing another player's helmet off is an automatic 2 game suspension in our league. He'd have been gone right there.

Ahh I love teams like this lol

I had that issue last year. Buddy wanted to fight me. I just simply him told grow up and go home. Next shift shift, he tries to ram me. Misses me completely and hurts himself. I don’t know what happened but however act like immature adult usually karma bits you in the but.

This is exactly why I don't play in beer leagues anymore. Too many idiots can't control themselves and the refs are bad .

Same shit in my league. I find that the chippy players are the ones with the full cage.

Always the cage gladiators.

We have a team of kids (18-21) who run around and slash/hit all of the other teams, and no one likes playing against these guys due to the extra crap that goes along with playing them. It really ruins the game and takes the fun out of the night. We almost always beat them... so that makes it even more enjoyable of a win at least.

I called down (lower league haha) for a team last week and the refs warned my team that crap will happen... so why not just get on it right away 🤷‍♂️

Yah I play roller hockey and everyone knows each other in our leagues so most of the time it's a fun time. But there is always that one guy that thinks every game is life or death and takes the fun out of it. Those guys don't end up on my team ever.

One year in ball hockey, we had three games where guys got ejected for fighting or nearly fighting. BALL HOCKEY. Some people are just stupid. It's adult rec, everyone has jobs to go to tomorrow. You aren't making the NHL if you're playing Ball hockey in the summer so calm down

Beer league is definitely becoming dangerous. In 25 years I've been playing organized hockey with various women's teams, coed beer league teams, tournaments, and now on an all women's team in the lowest possible division in the entire region, we encountered a guy who threatened to shoot my teammate after the game. His teammate locked up my captain's arm and torqued it trying to break it. My team has a pregame beer before we play and then we tailgate after the game as well...every week. We're there to have fun, and play the greatest game ever because it's better than going to a gym! People who act like 93 in the video, and 20, need to be suspended for that bs. Your refs would be welcomed anytime in our league. They call more than ours. Ours show up to get paid and go home. The only time they start calling anything is when people start telling them they suck, or mini fights start breaking out. By then, tempers flared and it's nonstop until the final buzzer.

anyone else feel like the C and D leagues have the most fragile ego's and most fights? lol
