I was at this game! I was sitting above you, front row of section 214. Red Sox fan from Massachusetts, but I was rooting for the home team of course and they did not disappoint. I have to say, the stadium was not as terrible as everyone makes it out to be. I thought it was a clean and comfortable place to watch a game.

You know, the goal is not to have a portion of the calorie suggestion but rather not to exceed it. The body has to be nourished, especially if doing workouts. I'm only two years your junior, my daily workout is about fourteen and a half minutes, I eat mostly what I want (not entirely organic and natural but pretty clean) and have maintained my wait for over five years. Those wraps (21:58) on that poster look so good. If you were gaming with me we would have halfed one of each of those! If we ever happen to meet, we'll chat about eating habits and workouts. :)

i went from 285 to 214 and chick fil a was one of my major restaurants for breakfast / dinner ..... you can do it big guy .... now i eat anything i want and just count calories and mainly stay away from sugar and salt .... i can keep my weight between 218-222 .... i weigh in every day

Hello Adam- One of your video's found its way into my feed one day and wasn't sure why? But after watching several more of your vlogs and seeing you with the Philly Captain, it made sense. As an aside, how can someone who's been to the Trop call the Oakland Colisseum the worst stadium in baseball? The nerve...Those who trashed the A's were treated to your day at the A's game vlog, in which you showed the incredible fans of the A's and their ballpark experience. You did great. Also, I understand that the fans have a better time than the players, as the dugouts get flooded when the plumbing backs up. I still hold out hope that the City of Oakland can work out a new stadium deal with the A's to stay. I know it's a slim chance, but as Jim Carrey said, "You mean there's a chance?!"

So Adam, I'm not sure you will read this but just so everyone knows. I (and many others) contacted Impasto to try and get the calorie information for their grilled chicken wrap. I was called today and asked for the reason why there may have been so many inquiries within the last couple of days. I explained that our "friend" Adam enjoys eating the healthier option at the Rays games and is on a weight loss journey and I was assuming that everyone was trying to help him out. She thought that was wonderful that we were trying to help him but wanted to let me know that they don't have the calorie values on any of their food.

Was hoping to see Max on here too, glad you got him! The three of you guys together and your energy is awesome!! I’m a Braves fan and we’re equally as excited this year!!! Have fun and keep up the good work!
