I've owned the lmt for now almost 3 years! probably the best rc solid axle monster truck in the market! Hopefully I'll get to meet you again this summer to Bigfoot open house!

Thank you! I unfortunately don’t have a video showing the modifications. I ultimately removed the front/rear bumpers, fender flares, side windows, and then part of the rear window/bed. I used to run the same body on my old SMT10 that had a Black Market RC chassis, so it should definitely be possible with similar trimming. 😀👍

Thanks! Not too often thankfully. 😅 Just the usual parts like rod ends every once in a while.

Hello! Which weight distribution of an rc custom 4wd monster truck is better for handling? (More to front or center?)

Hey! Keeping the weight in the center for a more balanced setup typically works best.

Do the losi lmt axles fit under and smt10?

I’m guessing not since the suspension geometry is different between the two platforms.

How did you raise the shock tower

I designed chassis plates that had the shock mount holes higher. 👍

So I assume you left the diffs alone? I started playing with earplugs and thicker oils and have been blowing gears ever since. Thinking these trucks just can't handle almost locking the diffs

I cannot believe that you get any use from the junk spektrum esc! My latest one didn't even last 2 packs!

Sorry to hear that, maybe you got a defective unit? I haven’t had any of my Spektrum systems quit on me yet, but I have heard of other people having issues from time to time. You can always try contacting Horizon Hobby, they’re usually pretty good with handling those situations.
