Vanquish should come out with their own version of a rock racer :)

I just received mine! Only issue I had was the transmitter was not bound to the receiver. I assume with a car that sold as a ready to run RTR that it would have been set up and from the factory? Other than that I love it no issues to report. Mine is the black carbon fiber look and I and I am in absolute love with the detail and color scheme. The copper color wheels and the 2.2s are the best thing since sliced bread! I also purchased one of those Dewalt power screwdrivers that you recommended. That thing is pretty cool I just have to get used to the whole Gyroscopic feature. Keep up the good work you’re channel is bad ass!

I was planning on getting one of these until I saw it’s full size version broken and stuck on King’s Graveyard at 2021 KOH .. and Slawson went on to win it for the 3rd time in his Bomber, so now I’m getting a Bomber instead 😬 (dang I wish UCFab still made the metal chassis) Ohh .. thanks for the video anyway Josh .. your channel rocks 👍

Is the receiver waterproof? I noticed there is no receiver box. Would there be room to install one?

The 5th wheel is for scale purpose, like the real life lazernut. This rc is setup 95% like Losi DB Pro, only difference is Long Wheel Base. If you purchase this RC do the following: 1. Check ALL fluids, will be light, go heavier fluids...Trust me on this. 2. Tighten hex nuts BEFORE take out the 1st time. 3. Servo is weak, be prepared...Buy a better servo! 4. If run on 4S, the outdrive cups will wear quickly. Id say run 3S or 75% throttle 5. Upgrade spur gear pretty quick, its plastic, go with HR Spur 1.0 mod, and get pinion gear to match mod 1 6. Get the RPM skid plates 7. Most importantly, this is a dessert buggy, not a skate park RC, use it as intended and wont be dissapoonted. Dont go all Kevin Talbot with this RC

I saw you pulled the bomber as a size comparison, when is episode 6 coming?

I have a Losi Rock Rey with a Vaterra center diff locker and 500K front diff oil. It has a constant squeak squeak squeak as it's driving. The squeak speeds up and slows down with the motor speed. I have completely pulled it back apart and cleaned out everything and scraped the gears clean but the squeak sound remains. It does not change with load. I tried the motor alone and it is not from that. I also tried hand spinning as much as possible while apart and was unable to replicate by hand. Not spinning fast enough I assume. Any ideas or people I could ask. Have checked some forums but most are a different noise then mine.

What are the tyres you have on your bomber? They look awesome!! I'm looking for some axle shafts on bangood that fit the losi do you know the size or if there are any axles I know people are using Tekno shafts like Exocaged is..

I am looking at this as my next RC, now I have my Crawler. If I can find one Horizon is sold out.

I'm guessing here but perhaps the rear tire placement is for stability in air.

5 or 6mm stub axles? I cant find my calipers!

Would you suggest a High Speed or High Torque servo?

I think a fairly midrange Servo is reasonable, +300oz/in and .12-.15sec transit time would be a nice upgrade

Ifs sucks for crawling though. The lasernut rig is ifs front and rear so this is true to scale.

no losi doesn't have kits, if you want kit buy TLR
