But I think Joe just showed up when he felt like it that hence the name: "NO SHOW JOE" IN THE 90S ... The concerts were book set & ready and Joe would not be able to make it! Humberto Garcia a person born in Mexico is a Mexican regardless of ethnicity. Chicanos are American. They cannot be Mexican because they were not born in Mexico. As far as your comment of everyone being American because they were born in the American continent, well you do have a good point, nevertheless Mexicans and every country south of Mexico are Latin Americans. LOL - Joe never needed voice enhancements ! Credit to Jimmy but acapella wouldn't make past first round on American idol ! jimmy at best, back up singer and arrange some music.....some not all - give credit where credit is due.
