Back in the day me and a couple friends used to ride the train / bus from chino hills to downtown to hit all the dispensary's and get 1st time patient deals. We walked skid row at night a bunch of times with no issues. I wouldnt do that now. Its gotten really bad in the last 10 years

Looks like those are bad neighborhoods but even so you can Park freely at the sideways your vehicle without having to pay some dude a fee for using "his" space as in many LATAM cities, even in affluent zones

I live in LA (Valley). You couldn’t pay me to visit that sketchy area.
