I would say he tried to cover the open man under the basket, but his body language goes against that theory.

Everyone deserves blame for the Lakers lackluster season (Russ's poor fit & performance, AD's injuries, K-Nunn's injuries, Vogel's questionable coaching etc.) but I hate it when people put ALL the blame on Russ. We know the fit is not good and he's struggling playing in a new role for the first time in his career but he's not the SOLE reason the Lakers are in the play in.

I have been critical of Wesbrick since his time with KD in OC but I've always focused on his decision making. I used to think he hustled but no more. The dude does nothing on Dfense. Never boxes out. Doesn't even try to help out. Just stands around. I'd much rather have Simmons who can't shot but does all the intangibles. Wesbrick is the worst thing that can happen to your team.
