Same. Well not the Slipknot bit but I was listening to rock and barely metal with rare screaming on small parts when I discovered them when To The Hellfire came out. Needless to say I had mixed feelings lol absolutely loved the music but couldn't really get into the vocals. I kept listening to them becuz the music was just so good, and slowly but surely I started to actually LIKE the vocals haha now I love them. Lorna Shore have become one of my favorite bands of all time!! Well everything since Will anyways. I just love his vocals so much! One thing I've always loved about Lorna Shore is how each member are experts at their instrument/craft. Some bands will have members who might not be what we may deem as "proficient" in all areas of their instrument (which is totally okay in some cases, they may still fill the role/fit for the bands needs). Lorna Shore to me is the amalgimation of master-class experts of seperate instruments coming together to create some of the most godly, filthy, utterly crazy yet beautiful music yet. Long live Lorna Shore!
