I think you’re right. She was the one who sang it in the movie but Loren did the reference vocals for the song long before Keala sang it. I don’t think it belongs to anyone vocally

Very talented but Faithfully is such a great song it needs to be sung straight. The vocal gymnastics diminish the performance.
