So did you notice how Kafka's eyes glowed when she said "I'm *listen* ing" that's when she activated spirit whisper also when she said they forgot one crime and in the background you can see a thread break that is when she stopped controlling them also this tells us she doesn't have to give an order for it to work she just needs people to listen and she can activate it and the title "scene 47" they said that they commited 46 crimes and this is the 47 and scene probably means like the scene in elio's script and the cat might be elio (sorry if this is hard to understand english is my 3rd language)
