1600 years ago, the Eldan, a technologically-advanced race and their robotic creations, the Mechari, were impressed by the space-traversing humans of the planet Cassus. So the Mechari showed up and asked the humans to hand over one of their legendary heroes or be destroyed. Decades later, a brand-new human-Eldan hybrid, Dominus the Half-Blood, arrived on Cassus, bringing Eldan technology and promises of galactic domination. And thus, the Dominion was born. Through the centuries, this intergalactic empire expanded its reach, absorbing races such as the bloodthirsty Draken and the unpredictable Chua. Even after the Eldan mysteriously disappeared 1000 years ago, the Dominion remained powerful.
As the empire's influence percolated throughout space, others weren't as willing to bow down. The stone-skinned Granok managed to fight off the Dominion. Soon after, a rag-tag group of humans from Cassus rebelled and broke away. They were eventually joined by the Mordesh, cursed with an incurable disease and quarantined by the Dominion, and the peaceful Aurin, attacked by the empire for aiding the human rebels. These races formed the Exiles, who then banded together to oppose their common foe.
When the Exiles discovered the legendary Eldan planet Nexus, they quickly set out, seeing the world as their last chance for a new home. However, the Dominion soon arrived, setting the stage for an all-out war. You now join either side of the battle to stake your claim to Nexus and ultimately uncover the mystery behind the Eldan's disappearance.

Wildstar totally deserved more love! It was a hidden gem in the MMO world. I had a blast playing it, and I hope the developers move on to greater things

Well looks like Pokemon made one with Magearna.
Well, I picked the Dominion because A. I can play as psychopathic English gunslinger (like Constantine but more on Empire). B. An average joe who needed cash. C. Deadpool. On the other hand, for the Exiles A. A dominion deserter who left the army during Arborian War (too bad, you can't get accent customization since I think of him as a crazy scottish man fighting with the Exiles). B. An amnesiac who either deserted the Dominion or Exiles captured him and "rehabilitate" him. C. Deadpool

Don't you know, deadpool is a playable character in all games, if you don't have the option to play deadpool in a game, your game is defective and needs to be burned.

powerist ...I'm gonna be frank with you, "Deadpool-like" isn't an adjective. Not because it isn't grammatically correct, but because no one can really be LIKE Deadpool. Unless you prefer an asylum room.
Is it weird when I gauge a good Lore video by how many times I have to go back and replay it to get the rest of the story?

I love when Zeurel does these. I have to pause and read the text and catch all the references. It plays out more like a comic that you can chose to follow but it's not required in order to understand the conveyed lore.
"I CANT DECIDE!!!!" --> On point exactly how 90% of us felt when choosing a race. xD
I always enjoy the ones Zeurel animates. They're so lively.

Zeurel's Animation has really improved my god. Its amazing what he is making now.
...it's like my dreams come true *hugs the Exiles* all those years of anime/neko stuff will finally pay off

Sounds more like Outlaw Star to me.....but then again I spent the last week watching a ton of B5, so anything less complicated and depressing than DS9 tends to look like pure simple yet eclectic fun

Zombicide Firefly sounds more like Bebop to me. But then again outer space and cowboys go together like Kirk and Spock or Han and Chewy. Honestly Firefly feels more like "what if Star Wars had nothing else in it except Han Solo". That is what that looks like to me

Is it just me or is Zeurel's animating getting more awesome with each thing he does?
And in the designer notes. Eldan are actually kinda alive and it would involve meeting with one of their fleets.
Zeurel makes *everything* so much better.
Can't decide either, all my friends have split directly down the middle of the sides leaving me to pick one.

The more obvious choice is to convince the makers of WildStar to give you your own personal side so that you may destroy your friends equally :)

I never even heard of this game before today and that lore made my head spin.
If you're doing something wild like wildstar, the next lore must be Wild Woody lore. If something bad happens you can *erase* your mistakes.

0:37- To be fair, they murdered the diplomats after the Granok lost their temper after they repeatedly told them on their benefits if they had join the Dominion. That and the Granok who repelled the Dominion were exiled for stealing technology from the enemies, which their laws forbid despite sparing them from extinction.

depending the gender and the amount of time you spend they can appear pretty tough then again having an angry looking coat from beta testing helps too
