Great vid-very helpful👍 To any big swingers from SoulsBorne or…whatever Don’t be worried about weapons that swing “kinda” slow. Every move (enemies too) takes a step forward. So big giant slam swings can easily be used to interrupt enemies before even getting close Speaking of holding down L1 & pressing R2 (whatever it is for XBox-L bumper & R trigger?)-there’s a few other ways of spicing up your moves As most probably know, pressing Triangle (dunno what that is for XBox)-swinging just right in a stance & swinging again but pressing Triangle to switch the stance will also give you combos. Takes some getting used to but very helpful Don’t forget about the run & swing, the run/jump & swing, & dodging back & swinging. These weapons so far…are awesome!

I’ve played a lot of Souls games and in this one I desided to play the game on STR build. I found the Skin and Tooth Sword and at Rank 10 with 70Str it has >700 attack power. Deals 1500-1800 damage and is really good in PvE and PVP as it can burst enemies to flames too.

I think the boss that dies from fall damage is either fixed or bugged now he just turns around and walks back down unless I'm doing something wrong

There is a door right where you stand at 9:18 that can be opened with the key as well. Inside is a chest with an Inferno ”super”

It really gave me the edge. I needed to feel much more comfortable progressing through the rest of the game. I think I sort of figured this partial route I thought was initially pretty good but this route definitely netw about 800 more than my route How many speed runner so I love improving on things and seeing things improved upon so thank you for improving my Speedrun Many thanks

This is now patched but don’t lose hope! The way I did it was equipping my little throwing axes and had a shit ton of ammunition pouches and once you kill off all the minor guys around him just go around in a circle with him filling you slowly as you chuck those axes or whatever else you got at him. It takes a while but it guaranteed WORKS

What does the Saint Latimer’s Relic Spear do?

I made a pilgrim build when I use the pilgrim armor set and a wooden shield and a wooden cross or the stick

I think there's been patch he gets his health back when he jumps off now

I feel like there are better weapons for str builds then one that needs points in dex. Like i found one that one that needs str and rad that fits what most builds would try to do. This hammer also doesnt have a stat build effect. The str/rad hammer does.

For me the armor from the Knight you get for the deluxe edition is still the best. I cant find any video of a good combination of armors and the weapons everywhere shown are decent. But for example the hammers are so damn slow you will always get hit by anything. So i look for a greatsword instead of a Hammer. Or the Boss weapon from the Horse boss. Anyone know semthing good for me? :)

I literally quit Lies of P with 3 bosses left. Those bosses are downright ridiculous and not even fun. I’m 15 hours into this game and it feels way more balanced. Been far less frustrating than Lies of P lol idk if I’ll ever pick that game back up.

Progress through game normally till you get to the vestige that has that door with the bell on it. You need the skyrest pilgrim key from the captain about 9k. To go through there go on the path to the right of the door avoid the archer and the holy knight. The next part is more difficult as there will be a pit with two archers. One above you, one ahead, in the pit there are 3 strong enemies with the spike helmet. You want to avoid falling down there. If you try to walk through the path you’ll fall into it you need to make a jump on the first part then the rest go ahead. Two paths. Left requires umbral. Right a very difficult enemy But a gate, use the gate, gives you s, you can run past him and up to the right to take the path needed. YOU NEED vestige seeds too or you will lose progress and have to do it from vestige back at Byron all over again. Once you open up the gate and flee you will be back outside in the open rain two enemies, one tries to shove you off on the right hidden. To the left a umbral path with another archer. Key thing to remember archers shoot twice before reload. Make your way past there will be a ladder destroy the boxes around should be an item. Up the ladder is the path to this boss HOWEVER there’s multiple enemies. Take it slow or rush it up to you but once you trigger boss fight you are stuck in that room till he’s dead you can place a seed before the boss by avoiding the knight and dog after ladder. Heading towards the path to the right. Avoid the praying knight and set a seed down. You have to do this before the knight and dodge catch up behind you. HE FAILED to mention bloody glory which is a much better weapon than the hammer that doesn’t require a boss fight it’s the path he didn’t mention. Run past the praying knight, trigger a barrel to fall trying to go up the second set of stairs avoid 2 archers and cage enemy. Run back down or run past enemies and head LEFT towards the vestige you will be in memorial area. This loops back around to skyreach. Use vestige to get back to pilgrim perch.

Do you have to plant vestige seeds after you kill the boss?

You can actually roll off to the right of the platform (where he is facing when you timestamped) onto a piece of wood that's sticking out of the cliff, then heal and drop down safely below. But there was a group of pretty tough enemies and I died😂😂 I haven't tried going back there since

Go through the door at 8:48 (key required), then run pass the enemies and turn left at the end of them. Transform to Umbreal and pass the bridge. Then just follow the road i believe
