Blame power rankings IMO: 1) Admins not deleting stuff meant for deletion quickly (a dev/admin could explain to me the difficulty in this if needed) 2) GG not paying the bill plus storing stuff in a locker that will get items deleted by admin risking their items being deleted in error too. 3) see 1 4) see 2 5) CG selling a locker that they dont realize the backstory too because admins/dev/gg didn't tell them so they are carrying out their storage owning RP
