Episode 494: Lord Shiva went against the other Gods

Lord Indra was traveling in his chariot with other heavenly gods (Agni, Vayu, and Jal) and he came across a beautiful garden that they were eager to visit. So when the gods tried to enter the garden they were opposed by an anonymous voice coming from nowhere. Later on, this voice transformed itself into a diety-like figure who challenged the gods to drop a single droplet of water from his plan, and then only they can enter the place. Do the gods win over this divine figure? Who is this divine ?
