I trust the Slovenes on this thread to recognize their country in the dramatic footage of this exceptionally well done video. (I originally thought it was of New Zealand.) I've only seen the Slovene coast, so it looks like I missed the best part of their country.

The scenario of this video is definitely better than what we will have for Rings Of Power.

Of all the wonderful, meaningful, memorable phrases & brief dialogs in LOTR...this is maybe the greatest. Although as @mclarenrob2 says above, 'There's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and it's worth fighting for.' is certainly right up there. Timeless truths, so beautifully conveyed...to me a very big part of Tolkien's greatness

I love the scene at 3:40. ❤ It reminds me of riding on dad's tractor to the far fields. All my brothers could fit on our Massey Ferguson tractor. One on each fender and one could stand on the chains in the back with a hand on each fender. The tractor would roar and Dad would fly over the bumps and grin. 😀 He has passed, but the memories remain.😀

@@PeacefulAdventuree You will have to travel to Lauterbrunnen, Rosenlauital. I was hiking through there 3 weeks with a minmal eq. I know a person who owns two chalets in that region and stood in their little mountain house during a rainy night. I can recommend you the Gastlosen, Soldatenhaus. May I ask where this was filmed in Slovenia ( if the former comment was accurate and correct ? )

No twittering birds, no rushing water sounds, lovely as those are when desired. But distracting when trying to feel sleepy or needing quiet tranquility to work. Absolutely love it. I play it often. I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

This video has become my go to when I need to focus over the past year. Having listen to it intensively when writing something complicated and stressful, I found out that my brain is now automatically wired to focus when I listen to this. Humans are so fascinating. I have had the joy of visiting Hobbiton 4 times and had my 60th Birthday in The Green Dragon Inn with a Banquet and night tour - I also flew to Wellington for the six premiers of LOTR's trilogy and The Hobbit Trilogy's. Just returned a month from an unforgettable trip to New Zealand. for me the south island is one of the most beautiful places in the world. When you are in unspoiled nature, every day, rain or sun, starts with beauty and every day seems to end with a miracle. this trip was almost a spiritual experience for me.
