Most people are very confused with the UI and quest packs, expansions etc. The best time to start was back in May when they gave away everything for free, if they missed that there is no point in starting now

Was it a one-time thing? I thought they were just making all those free indefinitely.

@@andrewc7475 with the exception of the Before The Shadow expansion content, everything up Helm's Deep (level 95), is free now. I know there's expectation that in future anniversary events that additional content will be given away for free or heavily discounted, as well.
