Yes! The 'Lop Sau Drill' is something I really wanted to know more about - great share. Thanks. And I will add that Sifu Gary Lam goes over this in even greater detail in his DVD/Video "Making 'Gwoh Sau' Work For You" - great stuff there, too. Thank you for sharing your experience

@@GaryLamWingChunKungFu I’ve been seeing CASEY for years. Him , Gary, his son, evangelos, and the bald guy with the goatie. See... it is possible to learn the WING CHUN SYSTEM from other lineages. So the information is all out there. But whatever Gary says about a particular hand or tactic, I’m automatically going with it. He’s the smartest. I have enough control from studying Gary Lam, that I can pull off my moves almost at high intensity, without damaging my partner. So I moved up to the heavy bag mainly, accuracy, delivery, impact. Getting to hit harder. But truthfully, I’ve studied Gary for 4 years now everyday at least. So I basically practice GARY LAM WING CHUN for my JEET KUNE DO strategies. He is my top adviser as far as I’m concerned. 💯🌸🤛💥

0:20 I see what he means. On action 1, when the opponent hits, and we pierce the WEAK POINT. We don’t wanna go to deep, because he can twist his arm or yank. Right? 🀄️💥💯and then, when we go from helping hand to lead action, we stay more near the middle, no need to go too high.” ⚠️🤛🤘🏼
