Lenny to me was the funniest of all black sitcom comic relief characters. He came out of nowhere, changed the mood of the most somber situations and left the crowd hysterical. The coolest of cats that knew how dust (brush) off the haters before it was cliche. Thank you for this. Love it

Lenny stayed clean and was my favorite actor on the show

Shame Good Times never had an entire episode involving Lenny, that would have been epic....they did one for Ned the Wino.

Lenny was smoother than a mug...he drove a Cadillac Eldorodo or Lincoln Contintental for sure...he stayed with the full length furs ...brushing off the haters!

At least we can say this. he was always well dressed to impress. and well versed when he spoke. like him or not.

Oh man, I remember this from when I was in elementary school. Made me laugh then, makes me laugh now. He had tennis rackets, bed pans AND silverware. LOL!

This cat had me weak with laughter, because you never knew when he was going to show up. And that whisk broom was comedic genius.

Lenny was hilarious, man.
