What an awesome battle! Antrix's rounds sound design are so sick. And Yaswede's energy and cleanliness was insane, and his first round was by far my favorite round of the whole competition. Deserved win for him IMO. Still big up to Antrix for the great battle. Can't wait to listen to the Final and Small final with better quality!

There is no small final

To everyone asking why Antrix lost, the audio live was very different than in the video. Antrix mix was a bit worse live, but Yaswede was mind blowingly clean. Even watching it on stream, it sounded like it was studio quality. Antrix’s rounds were also getting somewhat repetitive, he used twist for almost every build up and at the end of the competition, there wasn’t really a round that stood out for me, they all kinda blended together. Meanwhile, Yaswede brought something completely new each time. Finally, I think live Yaswede’s tracks just hit more than Antrix’s. I think all factors combined is what got Yaswede the win. Regardless, both still killed it! Despite everything I said above, Antrix’s sound design was still far and away some of the best in the competiton, and the fact he was able to do what he did only on mk2 with no launchpad is extremely commendable! But I don’t think it’s fair to say he was “robbed”, Yaswede still did really well, and it was a super close battle

I do agree that Yaswede vs Banon is a better matchup, considering the rounds Antrix were supposed to use in the finals are a bit underwhelming. But he was just better here imo

I have never seen a more dull and boring creation (antrix). the dude creates himself and dances himself. It's a pity that the audience just stands and looks at all this

its a pity that people like you cant appreciate a damn thing. you fail to see anyones creative side, his first round was a vibe fr but of course its not his best round. his 2nd round was definitely a throwaway, but still he has more talent in one finger than you do in your entire body. and no, im not saying i myself am talented so goodluck using that against me as a burn. get a grip bro, theres plenty of other loopers out there you can vibe to, without crapping on anyone else.

What do you mean "creates himself and dances himself" ? What I'm getting is that just because the guy has stage presence and you don't like how the music sounds it is supposedly dull to you. Also I think is better if you don't attack the audience like that. There's people that actually enjoyed his performance (i'd say pretty much everyone who was there live).
