This slaps so hard and it's probably because the song itself is very motivational. It's kinda like they are singing it to themselves, to not give up and to keep fighting for their dreams. Bangtan are gonna be proud to see that they can inspire rookie idols this much.

Momoland only had 12.5 minutes, Nuest, about 17 minutes and i * zone according to the fancams had about 22 minutes, counting the cover loona had at least 18.5 minutes, I think it was their decision to use that time to interact with the fans, because in 15.5 minutes without counting the cover could easily accommodate 4 themes.

Loona despite being a powerful group with lots of potential barely got a chance to shine given the deep rooted biases in music shows, or variety shows giving them lack of screen time. Coming from a small company, they rarely get invited to popular variety shows too, and all of this limits their mainstream exposure. The song Not Today is dedicated to the underdogs and about them rising with a fighting sprit. Loona is grabbing their chance to shine at last (which of course doesn't come easily) with the message that today (Kcon) they won't be sidelined

Theres too much competition already in kpop, of course companies would try to diminish Loona with the insane quality and high attention they had pre debut. But theres also really nothing they can do to stop it because Loona are destined for greatness lmao

nonenalli wow interesting. I honestly thought things changed because of the recent rise of small company groups that are gaining traction. I think in the age of social media it’s pretty much up to the fans to spread the word about these groups, and it looks like it’s working. It’s clear the rest of the world doesn’t care about privilege within the kpop industry but sadly the k industry will probably only take notice if they gain traction overseas first despite the industry obstacles placed. Then they’d be obligated to give the people what they want. They have already garnered a passionate fanbase which will surely grow because clearly they are talented. You can’t hold talent down. Here’s to loona overcoming obstacles like their peers did. 🥂

Hye Joo seems to enjoy the boy group's choreo so much. Love her expressions ❤. And their movements are sharper and stronger than we've seen them practicing. Stan loona ❤

Omfg!! They killed it! I've never listened to Loona before, but this was just insanely good! I'm glad this video poped up as recommended. Their voices are incredible🤩🤩🤩 I don't think any other gg would cover Not Today better than them🤔🤔 Until now, I wasn't so interested in Loona, I just like Olivia Hye's song 'Egoist'. I didn't even realize that they have so many songs😯😯 I've listened to few of their songs and so far I really liked *Butterfly*, *Love4eva* and *Hi high*.What's strange, is that I'm not usually into that kind of songs, but they just have a somewhat unique sound to them that keeps me listening to them.
