looking for a pub on Birmingham's dirtiest streets!

I walk around Birmingham's dirtiest streets, where there is fly tipping on every corner and litter everwhere! This is by far the most filthiest place I have ever been!

The answer begins with the landlords who no longer live in these areas They buy the properties & only care about maximizing profit even if it means they & the tenants running down the property .The more tenants crammed into one property the more rent to fatten the landlords pockets for the next purchasing of another property to rent ,the cycle continues .They will cut corners to make as much money as possible .When the tenants leave especially due to falling behind with rent the landlords simply dump the old & trashed fridges & mattresses etc & replace with pretty much old & cheap second hand furniture Instead of taking the old trashed furniture to recycling centres the landlords drive around early hours of morning and dump it on street corners If they renovate the property they often won't pay for a skip to place the rubbish & old furniture in They dump things anywhere during the night The owners of shops also drive around and dump there rubbish - because they don't want to pay the extra fees to have there own rubbish collected .They also rent part of the shops to tenants .Go figure if landlords put cleanliness over profit they would not rent to mucky tenants Both tenants ,landlords & shop owners are chiefly behind the dumping & fly tipping .It only takes a small amount of tenants ,landlords & local shop owners to make a road or area look unkempt.

As the old saying goes "They would probably walk over a dead body before taking the time or even considering they should report it". Western style of culture has always had a system in place that instills A SENSE OF DUTY to report and communicate such issues. Asia not so much at all. So, yes, the locals are to blame. From what I see, all the garbage and fly tipping happen in areas where Asian businesses flourish.

Ahhhh mate! Lol! I lived in Handsworth from when I was born and up until the age of 36, actually on that Road the Black Eagle Pub is on. This pub was amazing, if you look in to its history it used to win Best Pub in Birmingham awards all the time. It also had the best food and the punters that used to drink there would travel from places like Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Harbone, Coventry etc. It was very renowned and much loved. I still go in when I can as I had generations of family and friends that’s used to drink in there, so a lot of memories in that place. It was a great place to be and you would always meet great people in there. However the whole area has really gone downhill in the last 10 years as evident in your video. Thanks for making this video (Even though Guinness wasn’t great) bought back some great memories 😂👍

The Black Eagle used to be one of the best pubs in Birmingham. It was owned by three guys who looked after the food, drink and cleanliness of the place. It was so impressive that I used to take clients there, and if you weren't seated by 12.30 you couldn't get in. I'm sad to hear it's not so good theses days.

PLEASE go to Liverpool, Bootle, Beatrice Street, Bedford Road, Hawthorne Road by kirkdale train station. It has rats, flytipping, the ally ways and rammed with stuff. It’s horrendous. There are all aslyum seekers there Labour shud be ashamed. It’s probably worse than this. Binbags, mattresses and beer cans. Flooding.
