"Cut water useage in half.,,,,,,,,, its a very serious issue" How about all the water being pumped into water bottling plants in Maricopa? Cooling water for manufacturing plants? Golf courses, tens of thousands of neighborhoods that all have grass and so many more wastes of water. Think about it ..... Its the desert!

maybe Maricopa County needs to stop building water parks, golf courses and brining in companies that use millions of gallons of water.

You might want to do some research instead of thinking you know what you're talking about because those things you listed are so small in comparison to farmland water usage it's like saying you're responsible for the pollution because you drive a pickup truck.

Golf courses and lake communities are required to use reclaimed water. Companies using water is a catch 22 for the economy. We do need to use water wisely because it's a finite resource. Moreover, climate change and drought are a reality regardless of what willful ignorance the once Republican Party attempts to blow up your a$$.

@@Crismodin there's no such thing as "negligible waste" when you're talking water in a desert. Two issues can exist simultaneously. It's not one or the other.

So well said that I shouldn't have to say it but I don't know if you've noticed if you live here cause I am for 30 years the heat comes on at night and that's because a group of people have come who knows who they are well anyways there's been more of vandalism on the trees. The city has replaced some of those trees up and down different streets, but there's something else worse than that all this building any empty lot any Ranch or any Pharm has turned into an apartment complex for somebody and they said empty no less expecting who are they expecting? There's plenty of empty houses that people buy that's probably gonna be just as expensive payment wise $15-$2000 a month and you can own your own place. I have also heard so told me by a friend today, then in our area where we live, about 900 houses were sold, but there was no science so we don't know if it's just somebody with a big development firm buying out. These places with the prices can go higher. I don't know but clearly the government has to take hold of itself and get responsible they're supposed to be for the people for the community and that's what we have them in place for don't you agree😊

Especially when you all take your kids to tolmachoff farms for the pumpkin patch season. Y’all are so damn wasteful with the water and you let your kids waste it too. Your inconsiderate and laziness is why you can’t teach your kids to be mindful of the water too.

Ask Scottsdale to do this, no green grass, no golf courses. No swimming pools or water parks. Snottsdale won't.

These fires are being started by people, has nothing to do with water shortage. Also the government is not stopping these mega corporations from building their business here that take millions and millions of gallons of water to function.
