    Tractor Mike brought up a good point. Part of a good choice for a tractor is how close and how good the dealership is to keep your machine running, how much support they give, how much they listen and are helpful. Parts, advice, warranty service, they all should play a good part of the right machine to get.

    Yes, except when it comes to the front end loaders. The Kioti DK4520 lifts approx. 2,500 lbs., and the Bobcat CT4045 lifts approx. 1,700 lbs., a whopping 700 lb. difference! Unfortunately, the nearest Kioti dealer to my location is over 250 miles away, and a very good Bobcat dealer is only 25 miles away...

    Great video. Also have a 2021 model (ck3510se) and purchased it for many of the same reasons that you described. Awesome tractor and continues to impress each time I use it. Have made a few videos doing various tasks around the property. Like you said, lift capacity is awesome and hydrostatic drive is a must for loader work. You have a good point about some of the parts availability, but hopefully that will get better in time. Really enjoyed the video, very well spoken.

    I've had no issues ordering parts or even going to bob cat same parts. I even ordered the package deal on Amazon for the Kioti filter pack works for me.. I agree mine has been a great tractor just what I consider minor issues. My family owns farms and have over the years fixed and worked on many issues if you work them hard and not talk about abuse. The tractor is pretty tough. I lifted one end of my 12 x 24 ft shed as far back on the loader and picked it up so I could block it and level it. again only one end at a time but it worked good if you know the lifting point center on the tractor. I only needed to pick it up 3 ft but eased into it with forks used back of the forks lift near the pin and not an issue.

    Good fair discussion of the tractors you considered. Pretty close to the thinking I went through. I also ended up with KIOTI (CK3510/HST). Have put 170 hours on it in the year I have owned it. The one area I am worried about is the tractor service from the dealer. So far I wish I had a choice of more than one dealer to do warranty work within 100 miles of me. All the non warranty work I try to do myself. I like the tractor so far though. Previously I owned a NH TC33D for 20 years....never saw the NH dealership after I purchased it. Thanks for the good video you gave us.

    Never had issues with grease fittings normal with any equipment. Had no issue getting parts. Especially fixing tractor dealer screw-ups cause they don't have knowledgeable mechanics. I had to fix the upper link hyd hoses, I also had a left rear axle seal go out and leak on floor, Ordered parts for the inner and outer bearings pressed bearings on and changed the seal was a good 2 day job getting parts and putting back correct no leaks and run it all summer no issues. Have had a tractor for 2 yrs run it almost every other day put the road around the house and build up a drive pad 40 x 60 ft raising it 12 to 15 inches. Done a lot I am very happy with it and love the forward and reverse pedals. If I buy another one will get a shuttle shift. I prefer them hyd is ok but don't like the the sudden stopping if you let off the pedal. I have back issues and I have to be very alert not to do it!

    Kioti is going to do to kubota what kubota did to John deere years ago

  • @jeffpv.
    @jeffpv.8 ай бұрын

    I recently went through the tractor buying process. In my area we have John Deere, Kubota, and Mahindra. Kioti was a brand I was interested in, but the closest dealer is 80 miles away. There's a few things I didn't care for on the John Deere, including their proprietary quick connect. The Mahindra doesn't have a service department here. As a person who does most of my own repairs, I wasn't sure dealer support was 100% needed? I ended up going with a used Kubota, and wouldn't you know it, I have a front axle leak that doesn't look like it's a easy fix. Turns out it's covered under warranty. The used Kubota was just as much as the new Mahindra. Thankfully, I made the right purchase decision!

    I went from a New Holland open station to the Kioti 5510 cab (used) and then the 6010 cab (new), and now have the 7320 cab, also bought new. Haven't had a lick of trouble with any of them, and the 3-point lever on the back is a back saver! Why doesn't anyone else have that option? Wife threatened to take the 7320 out, so bought her a CK2510 with a mower deck, but she much prefers pulling the shredder with it. Kicks up too much dust having it right up underneath.

    Ended up grabbing a ck2610se cab tractor with a 66" bucket about a month ago as well. In all of my research, it has the best price to performance ratio. I would have liked more power but I wanted to stay away from the extra emissions. I only have 5 hours, but I like it so far and the dealer I went through seemed to be top notch so far with reviews to match. Got the tractor with 3rd function and loaded r14 tires for 34k out the door. Could not find anything close to that from the competitors so I'm pretty happy.

    Well your in luck! Ck 2610 has the same motor in it as the ck3510. Once your warranty is up you can turn your ck2610 up to a 35ish hp tractor. There are several videos on how to do this on KZread. Also iv seen videos were they've turned up the hydrolic pressure to more lift capacity. I love my ck 2610 I bought in January 2023. I've been happy so far.

    20 years ago I paid $9K for a brand new KIA sedan. The little S Korean car was better built than the Toyota/Nissan/Honda comparable models. KIA had 4 wheel disk brakes, 6 airbags, and fully independent suspension. None of the competitors had that at the time. It was a great car, at a great price. Fast forward to today, KIA is a leading car brand. KIOTI is rapidly gaining market share.

    Nice breakdown of brands. After my excitement of shopping brands I watched a brand breakdown from Tractor Time with Tim. JD, Kubota and Kioti are the only ones that make their own tractors too to bottom. JD is automatically out for me just because of their brand proudness and almost cult like. So I’m currently between the Kubota L3302 and the Kioti CK3520SE. I may need the 40 HP cause the PTO HP is a big factor for me with implements I need. Either way its orange or orange for me. Just gonna go to the dealers and see which I like more

    That's the best advice I could give: to go plant your butt in the seat and see how it feels. I know a bunch of people that love their Kubota's, but again I just don't care for the treddle pedal design and prefer my side by side pedals on the Kioti. That was a big deciding factor for me

    I get why Kioti suckered you in with cost. Did the same with me with the CK3510SE. My first year and half I owned it, the junk was back in their shop numerous times. There were months I could use it due to breakdowns. Hopefully you have a better dealer than who I started out with in Manchester Maine and their topham location. Horrible dealer business model. Aside from the frustrating machanical breakdowns and dealing with the people and the dealership, Keep an eye on your finish/coating. Garaged when not using, yet toolbox bracket completely rusted out within 100 hrs of use, front guard has rust bubbling up under the powercoat, powercoat peeling off the loader storage legs, I've have to replace a number of corroded fasteners, coating peeling off both link arms. I could go on and on. Good luck. I don't wish this on anyone. Nice video!

    Good luck...when push comes to shove, it will be all your fault. Their (Manchester and Topsom) solution to my tractor not starting and tossing error codes was to unplug the seat safety switch and deliver it back to me like that was ok. Their solution to the grapple hoses dragging on the ground and chafing was to use rolls of electrical tape looking like a 5 year old did it and thinking that was ok. It took me 4 phone calls, once per week of a course of 1 month to get the to pick it up(one of the 4 times it was back at their shop) and each time I repeated the same thing as to the list of what wasn't working...intermittent grapple open and close, linked pedal always "linked", 3 large dents in the rear fender on delivery(which I ended up living with), one of the drop offs was without notification so I had no idea they were on my property, opened my garage door, drove the tractor in a left...never gave me a heads up. Often returned with their oily rags still stuffed in random spots, both rear tires had poor seat and came off the rim...rim guard all over my lawn for one, the other all over my garage floor, can go on and on. I have emails showing how rude they were. My experience doesn't mean it'll be yours but it was a horrible horrible year and a half with them. They drove me in the ground until forced to get up fighting. Found another dealer and has been refreshing. A bit more travel but we'll worth it all day!!!
