I'm seriously not trying to be mean but you only have time for Lookie You do not give any attention to your dog at all you had no business getting a dog I feel really bad for that dog because girl everytime I watched your film you know I was loving them because you know you had lookie but then when you got a dog I've been feeling sorry for that dog you don't cuddle or anything with that dog. And believe me.dogs have feelings just as much if not more then Lookie I have had dogs all my life and they're loved to be cuddle and sleep in your bed and you don't do anything like that with your dog if you do I haven't seen it you dont give your dog no love at all but thats terrible the poor dog has to emotionally only watch you give Lookie all your love but maybe you want to see if somebody will love that dog and you can give a person that would love a dog but make sure it's a good home because dogs get neglected and Treated bad and you don't want to take your dog to a place like the kind of a place at your house where he's getting no attention he's watching you give all the attention to the owl and no attention for him that emotional abuse and I'm sorry but that's the truth that dog is getting no attention probably of all dog gets a bowl of nasty dog food when they can have chicken, rice and veggies and a bowl of water on the floor and just take it out to the bathroom but no love for the dog not like you do Lookie and you it I heard your whole story but if your gonna keep that dog they deserve equal Love if not you are abusing the dog they have feelings and don't get any more pets until they pass because your selfish its only love for Looks and none for your dog how sad ! Give equal Love

Lucica Gomez I highly doubt they're neglecting their dog emotionally at all. Every time the dog shows up in videos, it shows signs of happiness as opposed to distress or sadness, and they've shown in their videos that they do, indeed, play with the dog and the dog understands the game, which implies that they're treating it well. It's happy and behaves well, so it's been trained, too. It seems to me that they just don't feature their dog on camera much, but off camera, the dog is treated very well.

They may look cute, but barn owls have the most unholy, cursed, demonic screech you will ever hear. Hell in Ireland it's speculated that their screams at night inspired the legend of the banshee.

Don't Yet. What bird do you want specifically? A raptor (owls, eagle, falcons...)? A corvid (crows, magpies, ect)? Or some kind of parrot? Different types of birds have extremely different needs and wants. Saying" I want a birb" is like saying "I want a mammal" that could mean a dog, cat, lion or freaking dolphin. Do you have the money, will, and time to do what it takes to raise and care for a bird? Because if you're still in school I can assure you you do not have the time to care for an owlet. Can you afford a massive cage and tons of toys and entertainment for a parrot? Or can you afford multiple pre-killed chicks, rats and mice per day for a raptor? And if you want like a large eagle-owl do you have the physical strength and size to face it when it challenges you? Because their talons are strong enough to break some of the bones in a human body. What about the laws where you live? Are you even allowed to keep a bird of prey? Or an exotic tropical bird? Even if you could get the bird you want anyway if you get an illegal bird no vet or doctor will be able to help you if it falls I'll, and birds tend to have very weak immune systems. Birds are not cats or dogs, they have not been bred over thousands of generations to be the perfect companions for humans, like those domesticated animals. You basically need to be ready to have a human child if you're ready to have a bird (except you don't need a wife/husband that's also ready and willing)

If it is an owl like lookie you want, I suggest you start by finding nearby falconers and asking for an apprenticeship. Likes on your KZread comment will do nothing to convince your parents to get you an owl, A valid falconers license after a few years of hard work and experience dealing with the birds you want however, will go a long way.

@@d.thieud.1056 yes he is in school but she works 8 hours a day and can take care of him . what i recomnd him it's to get the bird he wants the first week of the sumer hollyday and take verry good care of it until the bird will grow and can stay without him . and it's not even such a long period just 6 hours a day ,i think he will get an owl cuz what whould he do on her videos if he would want a parrot or anithing else,but if he didn't wanted an owl he still should get an owl cuz the other birds have so much energy allways screaming and flying while an owl whould can sit six hours alone without any problem if he feed her already she wont even move .

I read a non fiction book called Wesley The Owl by Stacey O'Brien. It's about a scientist who worked at the California Institute of Technology in the barn owl lab. She adopts a baby barn owl with nerve damage in one wing. So anyways, this owl Wesley lives with her for 19 YEARS?! The end still makes me cry 😭😭😭

Who cannot fall in love with that "ugly-looking" baby! They say that "only a mother can fall in love with such a baby"...", but I think she is " beautiful, defenseless and dependent on us", the "toxic humans that have destroyed EVERYTHING in the planet"!!!Your sweet Lookie is just as you... BEAUTIFUL and SWEET ! You and your bird baby are amazing. BRAVO!

Unfortunately I've not been doing to well the last five days eating disorderly wise (been bingeing) so I'm waiting a week until I look somewhat presentable again to shoot the rest of the footage. I travelled through to Edinburgh from Glasgow (Scotland) for the day, and I heard about a display of owls up near one of the famous tourist areas. When I got there I was able to hold a European Eagle owl. She is the most beautiful bird I have ever seen. I'd imagine she has a much larger appetite than a barn owl! Too bad they didn't let me take her home with me! Just kidding! I honestly wouldn't know the first thing about caring for such a magnificent bird so I think I'll just leave that for the experts!

Terri Hankins Bowey I live in Victoria, Australia and we have barn owls in our neighborhood! Just recently I saw one at night along a road here in Rye on the Mornington Peninsula. It was flying back and forth across the road in front of the car headlights. I was worried It was going to be hit, but it was smart enough to avoid the cars. It looked beautiful with its ghostly white form, as it was illuminated by the lights of the cars passing by. I don't know what it was doing, probably searching for rodents. We also have small brown boobook owls here as well, and recently there have been sightings of Powerful Owls, Australia's largest owl, weighing up to nearly two and a half kilos. So we have several species of owls here. Owls are so exciting!

so amazing how fragile they still are seeing the clips about how fleascan kill them and wrong feeding and all kinds of small things people would never think of and must say 1 of the most adorrale barn owls iv seen around but thats probly cause of how you sosiolzed her keep on making these clips to inform people

I do have a few questions! 1. Do you use Lookie for falconry? If not, is she used for education, or anything else? 2. How difficult is it to care for a barn owl? Is it more difficult, or slightly easier than other owl species? 3. Did you find Lookie abandoned, or was she adopted from a breeding center/rehabilitation center? 4. What are the guidelines for owning an owl where you live? 5. How do you go about every day with an owl? I'm just genuinely curious! I'm not trying to be negative, if any of my questions come across that way! :)

I had a crow and man was he smart! And was a collector of shiny things lol even took car emblems off if he could!! Wouldn't ever sit on my shoulder like a pirate he'd rather sit on my head when we went for walks or bike rides ..I wore a hat obviously lol

Even though Barn owl babies are body horror i will say their adult form shows the cuteness. But once their facial disk is formed their cuteness factor skyrockets Also the babies simply have sad life as only the strongest ones when food is scarce survives. Imprinted birds sure have much larger lifespan given they are provided with food, medicine, warmth just at the expense of not being able to socialize with rest of their Species due to being imprinted on us
