Pero di kaya kailangan din nilang nagsumikap na maka level up sa international scene ng di lang mga pinoy audjences ang manonood sa kanila abroad. Di ba mas masaya kung dadayuin din sila ng mga international audiences kung may concert tour man sila da Pililinas o abroad? Focus ika nga sa marketing tulad ng mga korean pop entertainers na nka break na ng husto sa international scenes. Sa Singapore, sama sama gobierno at pribadong sector para sa eras tour ni taylor Swift kasi alam nila magiging pakinabang sa economia at tourismo nila. Pero dito daming hanash natin pag ganyan din gagawin natin. Kesyo marami gutom at jobless na pinoy daw, uunahin pa ba mga ganyang bagay. Given na yang gutom at kahirapan na yan. Masyado namang myopic ang pananaw natin kung palalampasin natin ang mga pagkakataon na pede rin tayong makinabang sa ganitong endeavors habang pinagyayaman natin ang mga constraints tulad ng transportation, worst airports, surot atb. For example, kung masama ang lagay ng manila airport, meron tayong mactan, clark, panglao airports na much upgraded na para pag dausan ng mga global concerts.

Manila could never accommodate The Eras Tour - venue, logistics, security, the whole experience! We used the MRT and travelled to the National Stadium just an hour before Sabrina Carpenter's set and still had the time to buy refreshments. Everything was seamless and well-thought-out. The Philippine Arena could never. We're just going to embarrass ourselves

My niece who is also a fan of Taylor Swift nagpunta din sya sa concert sa Singapore and enjoying watching Taylor Swift

Not to mention kung gaano naging organized yung mrt system ng Singapore during the concert week. Talagang pinaghandaan nila. Took us 40 minutes from queueing to riding and eventually arriving at our hotel. Kung dito siguro, baka day 2 na ng concert hindi ka pa nakakauwi. member din ako ng fb help group, did u guys know may mga horror stories ng mga IO sa NAIA na hinahanapan pa ng access code yung ilang nagsabi na manonood ng concert.

But in the Philippines not too many Filipino people can afford the minimum 900 dollars ticket. Even if they did, it’s not financially cost effective to have just one show because as I said not enough people can afford the ticket. Another reason is the poor infrastructure like transportation systems. Even the infrastructure to the existing tourist places are poor. I just came back from Boracay and el Nido; the Caticlan airport terminal is so crowded like a warehouse up to the boat pier to shuttle to Boracay is magulo up until you get to Boracay before you can relax. We got delayed in the el Nido airport and it got frustrating because it got very crowded. I hope Philippines can catch up with its Asian neighbors.

Ang layo pa talaga ng PH sa ibang bansa, very unproductive ang process ng kahit daily living ng ordinary Filipino! Yun Kaya gawin ng few minutes say sa SG, it will take hours sa atin coz of traffic, ma bagal na serbisyo dahil di fully automated, etc! Kaya don’t expect so many tourist will waste their precious time to visit PH! Not unless they have plenty of time to spare, and lots of patience!

I'm sooo totally not a Swiftie .... but if I were and her management agreed to have an exclusive contract with Singapore, I would probably have boycotted her. Michael Jackson's management and promoters BUILT a venue exclusively for his concert at the reclaimed area where Aseana is now.
