When people give me a compliment I respond like you with the prices. "Thanks girl, $10 Walmart!" "Goodwill, $4.99" "I got it off Amazon!" My favorite is when they ask what perfume I am wearing. I pull out the combo and show them the bottles!!

My kids say I over-share lol. For example, I was wearing a wig and anytime people would stop and tell me how pretty “my” hair was, I would have to share that it was a wig and where I got it lol. I am awkward with compliments, so I think that’s my coping mechanism 😂
