For those complaining it's too white, look at the outdoors. Vancouver is grey 8 months of the year, really nice for 2 3 months. It's only mild winter major city in canada but at this price you can buy a nice house in Florida or even California if you are able to live there

I live in the greater Los Angeles area, and even in Beverly Hills I'm pretty sure a house like this wouldn't go for anything like 15 million, even with the conversion to U.S. dollars, which would put it at about 11 million, and the half million price reduction.

Yup it's hard living in Vancouver. Avg home with lot is over a million. And I'm not talking about a mansion, more like a 1800- 2000 sq ft house built in the 70's on a 6-7000 sq ft lot. And your avg townhouse is over 750k

50% over priced, I don’t know. But I know it’s overvalued at least 99.5% I wounded what will collapse first the value of the house or the value of the dollar

@@adamr7981 A lot of it is land value too. Ave plot of land 6500 sq foot in most of the lower mainland is about 760k. In the greater Vancouver region, just the land alone goes for 860-950k for the same size.

Nice house, however...too close to the neighbors for the asking price and the interior decor is devoid of personality and warmth. Too much white/marble makes it feel clinical and cold.

At first you are like...how is this 14 million? Then you see inside and you are like..no wonder

I am a senior. When I was 16, I saw my $100,000 home. I said "someday I want to marry a man who makes $30,000 a year and I want to live in a $100,000 home." Well, I did both...regrettably. : I now live in Vancouver and pay $2000 a month for a basic one bedroom apartment...but location, location, location and marriage -- sometimes you are better alone. Happy in my later years.

Do you have the floor plan for the house?

Gorgeous property, love everything about it but I think this mansion should be on a large property with a long driveway. It is a shame that the neighbours live so close. For sure people who buy a 15+ million property are able to pay a little more and have a larger piece of land with more privacy.

Currently, this estate is listed for $14+ million dollars.
