@@sheree4976 so someone starving in Africa who’s never even heard of god, dies a horrible death. What kind of loving all powerful god does that?

This is for me undoubtedly the most beautiful version of Ave Maria sung by the Latvian soprano Inessa Galante. It is objectively a beautiful piece of music but most importantly it is spiritually deeply felt and sung with reverence and love as a sung prayer , it is not just a performance. This is what makes it so deeply moving.

Singing like this in such high notes (over 17 minutes) without loosing deep respect and compassion from the audience is only possible under two conditions: The singer feels deep in her heart that Mary herself gives her the power and assistance for doing this performance, and Mary is convinced that this singer was best choice to return her love to us and show what is possible if we love her.

@@bartleon You know what Mary was espoused to Joseph at that point. So knowing that, dont you think its strange she would reply with surprise at being told she would bear a son? You would imagine that if she was planning a normal marriage with Joseph she would not have thought twice at this. Unless she had previously made a vow and consecrated her virginity to God! This was actually not uncommon in those days

Today is my brothers birthday who we lost last November 2020 of a massive stroke. Happy Heavenly Birthday 😢 Three months prior, in August, we lost a brother to COVID. Thirteen years ago we lost a brother to a heart attack. These tears I see on Mother Mary are as painful as the tears I see on my own Mother’s face, who has buried three of her six sons. My heart hurts, but I know where they are and who they are with. They are with the one and only, our Jesus, who Mother Mary cries for. I have always loved this song, but this is absolutely amazing! This world, our world, as we once knew it is gone forever. Jesus will turn this upside down world right side up one day and make all things new. Thank you for this heartfelt video as I know who bottles our tears! God’s Blessings to each and everyone of you!!
