Amen! And the simpler the better. Dove Bar & Witch Hazel & Vitamin C for me! Any kind of moisturizer that works for your own personal skin is fine. I’ve always had oily skin, so I’ve never even used much moisturizer, and I’ve also never used sunscreen honestly. I do wear big hats outside though. I’m 43 and people LITERALLY still think I’m in my 20s. Of course good genes play a big part, but it’s mostly lifestyle too. Eating healthy, drinking water, exercising, plenty of sleep. & not much, sugar, drugs, or alcohol my whole life, those have been the real keys! God bless! 🌹

Another skincare hack to do while sleeping: ditch the cotton pillowcases and get a silk one OR take silk scarf and wrap it over your pillowcase. Cotton drags on your skin and sucks out moisture. I've been doing this since I was 24 and I'm 37 now. It works! People never believe me when I tell them my age. They always think I'm younger

I was an avid bun wearer for years, but to my 4 c ladies buns will DESTROY your hair and prevent any length retention. What’s more important than the polished hairstyle is the thickness, health, and length of your natural hair. Our hair isn’t meant to be slicked back with “edges laid.” That’s why it’s so hard to achieve. We don’t have 3a hair. It puts a strain on our hair. The prettiest ladies have naturally beautiful and healthy hair regardless of texture. Oh and exercise.

Girl, I thought you had a manicure😀 I don’t wear makeup every day, and I stopped wearing foundation yearssss ago. I haven’t tried Rihanna’s products, but I do like Supergoop’s Glow Screen sunscreen. Having your brows done, individual lash extensions and a lip tint is half the battle, that’s basically all you do need for the more natural look. Good job, it looks nice.

Yes i love this! It's not necessary to go glam everyday but you gotta do something to keep that feminine edge! I literally had to change my morning routine bc I got caught up and was really doing the least. But now, some M.A.C. concealer and a few drops of M.A.C. foundation under my eyes is a must! That along with mascara and clear lip gloss pretties up my face. Earring, yes! yes! yes! I cut me some really basic bangs and curl me some side burns to go with my snatch back because I wear a baseball cap everyday. Herb and Eden make a really light face wash aloe and rose water. Moisturizer, anything with retinol, lol.

Occasionally if I want to "do it up", I'll wear a tinted moisturizer and eye shadow. I like when women wear subtle makeup. Unless you're having a photoshoot, all the glam, esp everyday, isn't necessary to me. Thank God my husband doesn't like heavy makeup or we'd have an issue. @@missjones8123 maybe you and the ones you're involved with are not beautiful at all. But my entire family up to my great grandmother is beautiful. In our family, beauty runs deep. It's not just external. Charm is deceitful beauty is vain but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Blessings~

Girl I also swear by dailies!!! When I do bother to put in contacts (usually going out or to gym) sitting them in solution just always seemed SO nasty to me I’d rather sleep in them (big no no) than put in my eyeball twice 😂 so I was basically doing dailies before they were out 🤷🏽‍♀️

The simpler the better. Eating healthy, drinking water, exercising, plenty of sleep, & not much sugar, drugs, or alcohol my whole life, those have been the real keys! God bless! 🌹

Okay ladies, the moral of the video: Be born pretty, stay as young as possible by looking after your skin. So moisturise, moisturise, moisturise, and wear earrings. Also, be born already pretty. That'll go a long way. 😂
