A lot of collectors seem to overlook thrift stores. About 6 months ago for $250 I got a Defiant Shuttle Complex, (probably never played with condition) a Terrordrome, a GI Joe General, with three moving boxes of 1977-1982 Star Wars toys 98 figures and many vehicles and playsets. It even had the Blue Snaggletooth which I sold for $130. So ya the kids are grown up, parents retire and move all the time people might want to check out some thrift stores and flea markets. This week I got a $5 very nice vintage jetfire at a flea market. And $2 Masterpiece Grimlock at Goodwill.

I don't see this video as you "bragging" I see it as you wanting to share your excitement!!!! I think it's fun! awesome vid like always!

Probably the best thrift store haul I had was when I found a bag full of MOC Return of the Jedi figures for 5 bucks. It's funny, because I immediately ripped open a Scout Trooper because I wanted to play with it. And tons of Star Wars fans are now screaming at me.

That is AWESOME!!!! I never get that lucky at thrift stores. The silverhawk is Hotwing and the jewel lord is Flamestone. The thundercats Berserkers are Hammerhand and Top-Spinner. Very cool!!!! :)

This video is an excellent example of what can be found if you bother to look at a thrift or antique store.

Amazing find! Brought back a lot of memories. I used to have that Gobot plane and have been trying for years to find his name but never could. Now thanks to your video and the comments I now know his name. Funny thing was that I had that same exact color variant.

Great haul Dan! I can completely relate to finding stuff like that Scare Glow in a thrift store. Was a few years ago when I wandered into one and was completely in shock when I found a pair of COMPLETE Laser power He-Man AND Skeletor actionfigures for a few euros, as well as a Dinosaucer action figure. I didn't even know they had dinosaucer stuff! Keep the haul videos coming!

My wife recently found a 95% complete vintage castle gray skull for £5, was happy with that

The condition of my Superman looks exactly like that! What an amazing set. I've seen the Clark Kent figure before, loose, go for $30 to $40 easy! I love that Super Powers line to this day. I wish toys today were still made like that. That's the standard to which I compare most action figures.

Awesome haul. I love that Dino-Riders puzzle. I used to get up early every Saturday morning to watch that show. And the second that Go-Bot came up (I guess it's Water Walk according the comments?) I was like, "DUDE! I had that!" Really really great finds. Congrats!

Those are some great finds. I have a few thrift shops in my area. I've been to a few of them and they didn't have much.

That is either Renegade Gobot-Bot Water Walk variant or Knock-off. I have a knock off with white chest and blue legs. It could be a foreign version, like from Japan maybe. That Super Powers Riddle is actually from the Mexican line Super Amigos, he's a repaint of Green Lantern ring and all. That Riddler could be from the Toy Biz line from 1990.

Wowwwww! The Spider-Man/superhero collector in me is drooling over the Secret Wars and Super Powers figures, but to me, the find of the haul is that Monkees puppet. I've been looking for one for years and to think you found one in a thrift store bag makes me want to scour every single thrift store in my area. Does the voice box still work on it? That is quite a find. Congratulations on a great haul.

amazing stuff i am from Portugal but i live in Germany and every time that i go to Portugal i go to every Thrift Store thati can find and yeah some times you get realy lucky :D

Oh wow, I actually used to live close to St. Louis, pretty decent place for toy/game hunting for the most part. You ever been to a slackers? I used to blow my allowance there on Genesis games and looking back, they charged waaaay too much. But I do remember they would have random toys sometimes, like class G.I. Joes and other small things. If you haven't been to one, I'd recommend popping in because they would always have a good selection at least. Great haul by the way dude!

Slackers was the store we went to the area for! I spent some money there also on some retro games. Awesome store! The Savers was across the street, and as we were leaving I felt compelled to cehck it out. So glad I did!

Nice haul!! That Scareglow with the cape is like what 80 bucks? I haven't come across him yet. Awesome score on the THundercats. I still need Tigera and Cheetara to go with my collection. Awesome man!

I picked up a complete Scare Glow for, I think, $50 at Power-Con last year (I think I said $40 in this video, but it was definitely around $50)...and the guy cut me a good deal. I dropped the money at the time becuase I thought it was my only chance to get a Scare Glow for a price like that. Now here I am finding one in the wild for dirt cheap. I never would have imagined. Still in shock! :-)

Pixel Dan the hob goblin from the secret wars line is the hardest to find in the U.S.A also if the riddler is from the 80s and he does some sort of action by scwezing his legs it is very very rare.

Wow, I actually had that kinda-Transformer robot, but the one I had as a kid was all blue, with a few white details. It was called "Cessna-Robo" if I'm not mistaken. From the Ninja Turtles picture, I have all the main turtles, surfer Michaelangelo, the fly man guy, Shredder, Rocksteady and slimy looking garbage guy on the bottom role.

Okay. At 6:47 there's a weird black and yellow guy with red hair and a skull over his head. I had that. What is it? I have no idea what he was or what he went to.

He is a Go Bot but that is a color variant I never saw. My Official Go-Bot is brown and orange.

Hey Pixel, I've heard of Savers. There's one in either Austin or San Antonio. Another KZreadr named Okchief420 goes there from time to time and finds retro games there.

I love goodwill haul videos... any press second-hand shops can get the more people realize their amazing worth.

That transformer guy is Gobots Waterlog, a color variation of him. If he has no markings it ls probably a bootleg.
