Here is entire workout consisting of 7 exercises to help you look after your knees as you (and they) get older. Maybe you’ve got a bit of OA or a previous surgery, have a bit of patellofemoral pain or simply just weakness in your knees - and you want to know what exercises to do to keep walking, running, playing sport, doing the gym or simply keeping pain-free. Then I've got a pretty good regime of exercises to try to help you look after your knees long-term.
1. Hip Thrust - Banded
2. Romanian Deadlift - Powerband / Load
3. Physio Lunge / Split Squat
4. Step Down.
5. One Leg Ball Squat
6. Hamstring Curls- Single Leg
7. Knee Extensions - Single Leg
