This game has also been released on PSX and Dreamcast, both videos are up on the channel. The N64 version is obviously the worst out of the three. Bad framerate, blurry graphics and missing the "What If?" mode. I'm not knocking it though, just being objective here. It's still a fun game and it's great to have it available on the N64, but the dreamcast version is just the clear winner here. One might prefer the comic cutscenes in this version though, as opposed to the fmv's in the other two versions. This is one of those rare games that has 240p gameplay with 480i menus and cutscenes. Due to imperfect deinterlacing methods the cutscenes look not as sharp as they could be, but I don't think it's noticeable to the untrained eye lol.

Don't forget to mention the fact that the hit detection for the N64 is awful.
Compared to the original PS1 version, the memory limitations of the N64's cartridge is evident on the cutscenes and music, but the overall adaptation is still great with cleaner textures.
This game made me became a Spider-Man fan can't believe it's been a long time.

Ahhhhh, pre-Disney Marvel, with a Stan Lee voiceover to go with it!! Also, this game had some of the best music ever. It was just plain fun.

@@muhammadwahyuhidayat21498 I think his last voice-over was in Teen Titans Go! To the Movies ( An DC movie lol) . He will be missed, I think marvel movies would of been much better if he was still alive, just for his cameos.
The Catching Venom one liners are hilarious!
Ooohhh my wonderful childhood, this spidey 1 and 2 games are really made my teenager days up.

This is one of my favorite Spider-Man video games and I even have this game too, but only for PS1 though.
This was my first “solo” Spider-Man game, at the time I thought graphics wouldn’t get much better. I hope X-Men 2 and Wolverine ( different from the SNES version) for the Sega Genesis will be on your channel someday.

Such a well-known Spider-Man game… but things are missing from the PS1 version!
This is the only game of Marvel to be made by N64
An infinity better Superhero game on the Nintendo 64 than Superman 64.
This seems pretty promising
First like comment and view and I just know deep down in my memory I’ve seen someone sit me in there lap and play Spider-Man 2000 as a baby but I just can’t remember who it was I wished I owned a version but they are hard to come by

I feel like if The DS was around at the time they could have gotten this to be ported to the system I mean the audio files sound great for it
