I came across a gold King Seiko 45-7001 a couple of weeks ago. Instantly bought it, as I've been looking for that precise model for months! It really is something special, it's like having a Lambo on your wrist, and it's sad to say, but by comparison, my other watches feel like tractors.

Congrats, it’s a good sign if you enjoy this new Seiko so much! why to be unhappy with a bunch of watches, when one new watch could change that? My advice: sell your other watches. Our tastes change from time to time. Go with the flow ✊😄

Again what a really nice example you're showing us, you have a nack for getting class defining examples and great shots of them. I've seen your prices they are pretty reasonable for the quality of inventory. Currently nothing I really want but I'll take a peek often...

Glad to hear you are open to new things. For me it's the same with watches as with clothes, my taste changes from year to year. But classic and simple design has always appealed to me and that will not change in the future :D

@@GoldammerVintageWatches I used to like "only" Zenith chronographs and skeleton watches but since 2005 I've expanded my taste palet a little bit... I wear the clothes life throws at me, lapidary work and two kids don't play well with expensive ties and Croc shoes, so I wear the nicest work clothes I can find to compensate 😜

hi, I have a watch with the same caliber (431) with 25 jewels and when I go backwards with the time, the second hand also goes in the opposite direction. Is this normal for this machine please? Thank you

Hi, this could happen but is not „normal“. But if your watch works fine and keeps time you don't have to worry, otherwise visit a watchmaker of your choice :)

Yes indeed. But its for the newest Ultra-Chron Models and not for our Vintage Piece

Before I started KZread, I only spoke English at school and on vacation. In any case, it was not easy for me in the first videos. But I also understand what you mean, when I watch the old videos I also get goosebumps :D however, thanks for your feedback!!
