CCET 3512 P3 horn display @1:49 was extraordinary!! Good look at that train's SOO covered hopper @9:27. Hopefully the new CCET owner will address the weed growth in between the rails, visible in many of your videos.👍👍

Now, JT as long as you’ve been filming trains, you know that Freddy don’t blink until it gets dark it does not blink during the day. lol with this new company, take over that railroad that they will spend some money on the tracks and put some new ties down and some new ballast and re-tamp and a line that track so those trains can run faster and they most probably could make their round-trip in one day instead of running 10 to 15 miles an hour on that bad track. And I bet the engineer and conductor hopes that they fix the air conditioners and those locomotives because I’m here to tell you those babies are hot during the summer without air conditioners, and I see they finally turned that SD-40 around so they can run cab forward both ways but anyway, my friend another great video and as always you stay safe out there and watch your back and happy Fourth of July to you

Love seeing a steamer chugging along! That CP SD unit is awesome as well, but it's the F units that complete that lash up! Interesting how you went from a close cropped hair style to longer hair at the end 😅

WOW! That was quite a lengthy train for sure! Glad you captured it on video. I know I'm not the brightest signal on the mainline, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out why CET shuffles those 'storage' classified flatbeds (the stripped down auto racks) around so much. Is it that there's not enough siding space? From an uneducated onlooker such as myself, it looks like it's just a waste of fuel (more weight/more cars = more fuel consumed) since I can't recall ever seeing any freight on any of those flatcars. I'm NOT being critical or anything, just sincerely curious. I want to again extend to you, JT, my sincerest "Thank You". Yes, THANK YOU for all your efforts in making these fantastic videos! I spread the word about your channel when any opportunity presents itself to me. Also, I'm so thankful that you had safe travels and returned none the worse for wear. Anxious to see those videos (never mind the fact that I'm still behind in my viewing - 2024 has been quite the year for me) Unknowingly, you made me feel better when I heard of your epiphany regarding the grass. It seems mine also grows without me present, and sometimes, it tends to grow faster than I can mow it. "May God's Protective Hands Always Shelter You From Harm"

Thank you for the explanation of the cars and their loads, especially the flat cars! I've been wondering what they were used for since we only see them empty.

This Cincinnati Eastern train was a long empty train. If the covered hopper cars, the rock hoppers, and the gondola cars on the train were loaded, I wonder if Cincinnati Eastern Railroad would have had to use all their available locomotives to move this train over the Williamsburg Hill. That was a lot of "flat" cars going into storage at the eastern end of the Cincinnati Eastern. Thank you for adding the short video of CPKC #2816 coming around that curve in Iowa. (Posted 4 July 2024 at 1155 CFT.)

Have Jason find out if the Lake Superior & Ishpeming railroad is still loading the ore dock in Marquette, MI. If they are u can get 2 for 1 meaning u might be able 2 see them load an iron ore carrying ship.
