New Year weekend we decided to head back to Southern Utah as it was a place I wanted to take my wife last month but couldn't. So on this adventure we started with seeing the White Pocket and then found a campsite overlooking Alstrom Point for the night. The next morning we continue on the smoky mountain road leading into Escalante before finding a campsite in the Kodachrome State Park.
Smoky mountain road is by far one of the longest off roading trail we have done in this area. It's gorgeous with tons of places to explore and overland on. In this video we explore this long but beautiful trail.
