Mahalo AGAIN Nalu, for posting something that brings memories deep as a backdoor corner tube. Meeting Joel Tudor in summer school Mission Bay High campus 1991. Both had long blonde hair, both were surfing professionally, both thinking " this dude's full of s*** man" only to prove to each other the next day bringing in a copy of a magazine ad from Surfer/Longboarding for both of us to definitively prove if this guy is a kook? This all pre- hi speed Internet, you are proof of being a kook was either on paper or Coconut Telegraph confirmation from an elder. Needless to say we were both right and it was one of the best summer schools I ever had to attend. And yes we both failed summer school 😂🤙🏼🌊💙🏅🏁
