A lot of KZreadrs are 180 degrees totally different in person than they portray themselves to be on their channel. However, Sharivari completely breaks that mold and is one down to earth heckuva nice guy! I personally witnessed this last night since I'm also at the Derby City Classic and had a chance to meet him. I simply cannot say enough good things about Sharivari. I very luckily happened to notice Sharivari practicing on a table alone and I approached him to say hello. He had absolutely no idea who I was yet he did not hesitate to shake my hand and took several minutes away from his very valuable practice time to have a pleasant conversation with me. This is by far something I will never forget and he totally earned my utmost respect. Keep up the great instructional videos. You have a fan for life here. Thank you!

this video is like the expectation i always have when i click on a sharivari vid, but usually it is the execution of the shots after the explanation. so this is a well appreciated exception, thanks

I always love watching your videos and it is very true, there is no exact aiming system, but as for me I use the ghost ball system with the reference at the bottom of the cue ball to the bottom of the object ball in a straight line and may need to use a bit of left / right backhand english to get the necessary spinning momentum. However the challenges may still occur depend on the angle and distance between the CB and OB 😁

What I like most about your videos is that you don't try to impress us with ridiculous shots you can make but instead break down in a simple way the techniques that lots of beginners need to learn. My guess is that a 2 hour lesson with you would improve a beginners game by 50%, but who knows what that would cost.

Thinking about where the cue ball is coming off might make a big difference on those big pressure shots where, no matter what you do, it just doesn't feel right. I'll have to try it out for myself.

Sharivari, I was curious if you could make a video discussing why earl strickland now believes 9 ball is luck based. It has to do with the break or something. If you could expand on his theory I would appreciate it.

Keep it simple. Try the ghost ball system. The best shotmaker on the planet, Joshua Filler uses it with incredible success. Eventually, after hitting tons of balls, you'll be able to scrap an aiming system and just make balls instinctively, provided your fundamentals are intact.

Aiming systems are all snake oil. Hit a million balls, that’s genuinely the only way to learn, and that’s “how the pros aim”. Eventually it will come naturally to you. Imo, videos like this are just muddying the waters for you. Aiming is just a muscle memory you have to develop. You will naturally learn to cut balls, and you will naturally learn about things like cut induced throw. There’s no substitute for time at the table.
