True confession. I've watched this episode multiple times, especially when I need emotional boost, a positive way to end my day before bed. Kathleen Fraser Jackson's spirit/soul makes my heart sing. What a marvelous woman! Her sister and brother are sweet and gentle souls as well. We need more people like these in our world.

Kathleen is such a giving person--she reached out and comforted her sister, let her sister talk to their mother first, comforted them both, what a pure, loving heart. Her sister has lived such a similar to hers, and Teddy is a prince of a man. I'm so glad for her.

I have 3 biracial children. The 2 oldest have 1 father and the youngest has another father. Yet all 3 look alike and look like me. My oldest has two kids who look just like him and his sister as kids. The resemblance is crazy remarkable.

When...Kathleen hugged her beautiful older Sister Jean and said, “this is US now”...Wow 🙇🏻‍♀️🙏🏽🤔🔍😢. Thank you for posting this, so Beautiful! 🥰

In Kathleen, the Jamaican side is stronger. You could see it in her joyful demeanor, her warm personality, her emotional reaction and social composure always wanting to be and share with others. That's the Caribbean spirit right there. Her brother is a true Jamaican; the talk, the walk, the stare, so beautiful to see. Everybody has their own genuine God given identity. Beautiful story, I enjoyed this one.

I really love this episode.I love all of them,but some of these people,the seekers and the sought after,really stand out and Kathleen is definitely one of them.

Would be nice to track down Jean's family on her dad's side as well.

Just imagine how ofte they deliver sad news though.... most of that is never showen on the program, and there will be lots of searches where they find family and they dont want to know anything of their relatives.... but it wont be showen here. We only get to see the nice parts!

I’m curious to know about all the ones that turn out bad. Researchers being told to pound sand, parents denying the past, people refusing contact with family members. Or family members that turn out to be axe murderers or lunatics. Orphans whose family was wiped out in a tragic event. I wonder what the success percentage is? I’m hoping it is very high.

When the 2 sisters met, it felt like they knew each other their whole lives. That connection is pure love ❤️

Teddy seems so frail. I'm glad that they were all able to meet one another before any more time had gone by. What a blessing.

Just the relief in their faces when the sisters saw each other. So beautiful

This lady has some very strong genes, all her kids look alike and they don’t have the same fathers nor are the same race.

"This is more than all the gold in the world." ❤️❤️ My heart is just overfilled with joy that those two women who both lost their adoptive mothers at three are reunited. Beautiful. I can't imagine they won't from that day forward become each other's best friend.

Kathleen is such a warm, caring person with the most beautiful voice.

I have watched this one 4 times and cried every time. I love Kathleen’s spirit!! M heart burst when Teddy told her so sincerely “Be happy!” I hope the entire extended family is happy together.

This makes me so happy! I literally want to go to the UK just to meet Kathleen. I love her energy and spirit. She deserves all the love she has found. Same for Jean and Teddy! I'm glad they all found each other.

I can't even explain the emotion I feel watching this. This was amazing. I love Kathleen's spirit. When she met Jean you can tell how comfortable Jean was with her. She just melted into her arms. I really hope both sisters stay in touch and have a happy life.

As someone who is of mixed race and who grew up in foster care, without real familial success, I feel an overwhelming connection to this woman. She feels like family. I am so happy that both her and her older sister have each other now and have closure around their birth mother.

This story would make an excellent movie. I would love to see it made. I wish I could make it.

This women had a very sad life inside, because of the society and her parents she gave up two of her children for adoption. I feel sorry for her and her kids

Their mum was truly happy to see her girls, that was the blessing of it all that they were all alive and well and wanted to be a part of each others lives, but Kathleen finding her lovely brother was truly a miracle... just priceless!!!❤❤❤

Yes!! I loved that their mum had never kept them a secret. She must have had a terrible time letting Jean go after 6 months! That must have been a huge trauma for the girls as well...that separation!! Shame her Dad had passed but amazing that Kathleen now has that connection to her Jamaican heritage. @@cloverbrown971 Adoption is different now, adoptive parents tend to stay in touch with the birth mother and the father if he is in the picture (for medical history if nothing else), and the kids often maintain some kind of relationship with them. There are many families desparate to adopt, so if women prefer to carry their pregnancies to term it is a blessing for prospective adoptive parents. As far as why, in the early 1960s or thereabouts, she carried two pregnancies to term and gave the infants away, that is her business and nobody else's. Just as it would have been if she hadn't.

I cannot help but to love Kathleen!!!! Her spirit shines through the screen❤️❤️❤️❤️

and brother Teddy too! They have that x factor. Its unbelievable that they instinctively chose locks especiallyt for Kathleen who had no idea about her Jamaican roots yet she felt Jamaican in spirit. I have goosebumps!

The daughter Kathleen seems like such a warm-spirited person. I love her hair.

I met my birth family in 2018. Its such an incredible mix of emotions, I can relate to these ladies. Sadly my mum passed away in the early 1980s so I never got to met her. I'm so glad that these sisters and their mum were able to.

Omg this is the best episode! The reunion with the mom and sister was sweet and then her chill af brother showed up quoting Bob Marley and made the episode 20x more awesome 🤣

This episode brought me all sorts of warm fuzzy feelings and tears of joy. Loved it when Kathleen and Jean met. A special instant bond.

So she gave up two babies that cannot of been easy, I really felt for the ladies, always wanting a sense of belonging. Heartwarming story. Makes me appreciate everything in life a lot more.

This is the most moving episode I have seen. This girls story just oozes happiness by the end. I've had several Jamaican friends over the years, and those who put family first are the most loving people. Well done.

I loved this the first time I saw it! What a beautiful experience. I have since found my mom and sister. They died 14 and 4 years ago respectively. And, seeing their photos, seeing my moms face for the first time here in my 50s brought so much ease and healing; she’s lovely. My sister and I had much in common so I’m very glad to know her friends. I’m grateful. Grieving, and still very much grateful. ❤️ And totally happy for this family, who were simply meant to meet.

This was oh so beautiful. I am happy for Kathleen and Jean. THey have found their mother and each other. This is a load off their shoulders. Although it would have been nice to find Jean's father as well and see if she also has siblings by her father. All in all, my tears for this show has been the happiness Kathleen has found. Thank you for finding their families.

This is the absolutely the most, the most beautiful story I’ve ever heard or seen! I simply just love Kathleen, she’s a genuinely warm and kind hearted person! It’s obvious she got her personality from her dad from what her brother said about the kind of person he was! Her mom seems distant and uncaring, but maybe life threw her a curveball! I’m glad she has finally found family, especially Jean and Teddy, God’s Blessings to you all!

This is the best episode and lovely spirit in the show.

Of all the Long Lost Family episodes, this one is my favorite. Four people's lives brought together ....how awesome is that. I love all the family connections in this wonderful episode and in 3 different countries, as well.

I really hope the whole family hasn't been hurt by Covid and everyone can have a Jamaican family reunion. This is my favorite story. 💘

Kathleen and Jean both had traumatic events in their lives at aged 3!! Blood sisters!! I love this episode!! Kathleen is so meek her personality is so refreshing!

I'm a grown man I'm not crying there's just something in my eye 😢

What a miracle; I'm so happy Kathleen and Jean are no longer alone in the UK.

I absolutely had a beautiful experience watching this. Teddy is giving all types of calm vibes he is giving me Jamaican Prince...purple rain♡

I love Teddy and is such cool chap and I will like see Teddy part of the story as well.

Such a beautiful story with a happy ending. Teddy and Kathleen live so close to each other that I hope they can build a lifetime of memories together.

The “he’s got locs” made me ugly cry 😭

All three kids have amazing, kind and loving hearts. They are blessed to be reunited.

What is so marvelous: Jean and Kathleen reached their later lives and were still able to find each other. How sad it would have been, had it NOT happened. Bless these dear people...

The first babies look so much like their mom. Fought back the tears but when I saw the brother and sister walk in, I had to get up. Wow!!!! such a beautiful story!!!

OK, you all people have done did it to me. My heart has dropped to the floor and I had to pick it up and put it back in my chest. What a wonderful story, since the KZread date says December 18, 2019, I call this a Christmas Miracle.

When my auntie married a beautiful Jamaican man, the entire family was welcoming. My grandmother, from a wealthy WASP family, had married a French Canadian Catholic coal miner secretly (1930). Once she became pregnant with their first child, her family cut her out of their lives. She wasn’t ever going to reject ANYONE her children chose. We have a United Nations around our table, from Chinese, to Ukrainian, Italian (when they were still called WOPS), Indigenous Canadian and Jamaican. My Mom used to always say that if all families looked like ours there would be far less hate in the world And I LOVE the warmth these sisters have for each other. It’s beyond lovely

Wow. One of the best reunions I’ve seen so far. When the sisters met and said “you look like me!” The tears started to roll. 😭 And then when she meets the brother! Seriously amazing!
