By the way I've just remembered - In The Dark Prince Charming Joker LITERALLY figures Batman's secret identity out by the choke, realizing him and Bruce have the same grasp. Reminded me of your comment :D

Even in the comic, which is a surprise, as it came out in the 90's :D Joker's fruitiness was most prominent in the 70-80's, after that the hype died out

I'm kind of sad that they didn't try to imitate the style of the graphic novel like they did in The Dark Knight Returns. Tim Sale's style is so stark and dramatic it's practically made for animation. But for some reason most recent DC animated films are so stiff and... Bland looking

At the very least they went out of their way to try a different style rather than their classic American anime one. You think Dark Knight Returns imitated the style of the book? 😂

@@zalybrainlessgenius503 They made some concessions for sake of better translation, but yeah. Character design, colour scheme, it's all recognisable and done with respect to the source material. The animation itself is pretty smooth on top of that.

After Batman turned down the offer the offer Joker kissed him for a few moments so he could escape using it as a distraction. Batman however had other plans before Joker could escape Batman went after him steering the plain just so he could catch the Joker mid-air. Once he was caught Batman tried his best to land the plain safely holding Joker tightly against his chest. Once they had landed Batman quickly kissed him back before anyone could see handcuffing him and alerting GPD(Gotham Police Department). Once they had arrived Batman quickly wiped off the Joker's lipstick from his lips before quickly vanishing. Thus what led to 0:32 that is how it should have gone. (P.S. I write stories and am a batjokes shipper so I definitely had fun writing this lol. Anyways hope you enjoyed that short story :) have a good day/night where you are.)

@@zalybrainlessgenius503 They had to make Batman almost a simpleton to further the plot, because he's the World's greatest detective and the 'secret' was far too easy to guess. That and the animation style was atrocious, but I'm also kind of a stickler for oldies so I'm probably biased. That said Troy Baker made me practically squeal with delight. I genuinely enjoyed every moment the Joker was on screen.

@@gothamsmostwantedclownbitc7107 Yeah, him bitching about detective work was kinda weird XD But the way I see it is the movie making it obvious this is a very young Batman who isn't experienced yet. Or doesn't yet have what it takes to be a Batman yet. The secret... dude. In the middle of the movie I was like "Dude, I SWEAR, if the killer turns out to be Harvey's wife, I'm gonna be SO dissapointed." XDDD Still a better secret villain that Hush tho. The artstyle was stylized to look like transitional comic books, kinda like Batman BATB. At first I didn't like it much either, but while watching it stopped bothering me. The same way the characters being legos stopped bothering me when watching the lego Batman movie lol. Tho the running animation really looks funky in that movie XD The characters look like they're jumping jacks while slightly levitating. But oh well. Could be worse imo. At least we've got Baker, as you've said
