Sarwat important that I realize after 25 years is - always use reetha (+shikakai) like natural cleanser maximum times , sometimes gentle Ayurvedic shampoos like Artimed etc and completely avoid strong shampoos dove , tressmee, Pantene, sunsilk , Vatika etc.
