They are on the tracks. I asked Chris if it was just him and Tim and he said yep. Chris is turning into Peter Hollens with his layering. It’s so good. I didn’t know this song previously but I find myself singing it. Tim’s low notes.....goodness. Loved your reaction!

I never heard of the song prior to seeing in on Chris’ channel several days ago! I got chills down my legs with Tim’s low note at the end here! Chris did very well in the tenor range! I’m actually not accustomed to hearing him sing this high. I love this cover!! I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it on his channel!

I've always loved Josh Turner's version, but also love the arrangement in this one too.

Nah im pretty sure it's a greenscreen. You can especially see it in that forest location and in the shots where their feet are visible it kinda glitches with the ground

I think there's definitely some beatboxing in the background. Don't know which one is doing it, but I'm hearing some train sounds. The part where Tim is walking down the track by himself looks like green screen to me. The rest looks like on location. I was mostly going by their feet where they were both standing in front of the bridge. Their feet looked like they were actually on the ground there. You may have already seen it, but Chris has a video out of one of Tim's original songs - "I've Seen". It's a trio of Chris, Chris, & Chris - with him accompanying himself on piano. Really nice.

I really appreciate Tim using his voice more musically than as a sound effect. Sometimes bass singers sing so low as to lose the beauty of the voice and begin to sound like just blats. This is why Tim and Avi are more appealing to me than Geoff. Geoff has a wonderful talent from God but often I lose interest because there is so much novelty instead of music. This was notably absent from their recent song "Carry On My Wayward Son". I think that was Voiceplay's best cover ever.
