Usually , I don't really meet up with my friends , mainly through summer , cuz it's too noisy around them- Instead In 2 pm. , I take my laptop/phone and my headphones , go to a nearby field/park , and relax there until the sun sets , or even when the stars start to glow in the deep , dark blue , night sky - I recommend you to do it , it may sound lonely , but trust me- It's pretty aesthetic :)

I remember listening to this when my anxiety was really bad and I havent found it until now! I use to have panic attacks 3 times or more a week and it would affect everything i did but somehow I could listen to it and lie down on the ground ( looking at her and wishing I was there) and just forget all my troubles and at least have a sense of peace for a little while. I'm also a musician and playing music and listening to it always would bring me some sort of peace. When the first notes started playing it gave me such nostalgia I shouldn't have since it wasnt even 2 years ago. I wish you all the best and I hope this playlist helps all those anxious thoughts like it did to mine 😊

if you close your eyes while listening it feels so good, i feel like im floating.
