If you're referring to the story my chemistry teacher told me, then happiness is being without a goat. Just thought it was a funny coment. I'm sure my teacher is more of a goat than this guy.

London dispersion forces are one of the van der wall forces (it includes dipole-dipole, London dispersion forces, etc

I believe London dispersion forces are the cause of gravity. Or in other words the polarization of atoms causes gravity. It is the same thing as the Van der Walls force except that the Van der Walls force is between molecules, and is therefore stronger than gravity.
