Go on Nick!
Ah KL I've still got a scar on my right eyebrow from attempting a front flip over a glass table... I landed head first on the glass table.. Needless to say the hotel wasn't best impressed. Great place, absolutely nuts laws! I almost thought skating might be illegal there tbh. I highly recommend the rest of Malaysia where you can get away with alot more than KL! Sick vlog, loads of interesting stuff.
Bro i grew up living & skating here in the early 90's, you were in Bangsar Baru! 1st real skating area in Malaysia! I was the First there with the OG rollerblades back in the day!!! Then i got a pair of lightnings all black, then Roces... years later moved to USA and got TRS ACCESS & now rolling Nj Team! Im already 40, miggt get the new USD 80 Team then im done! My daughter rolls with Heeleys! Glad shes keepin it in the Fam!!!

awesome VId!
Come to Taiwan.
I've always wondered something regarding hot weather (you said where you are, it's 'boiling'). Question is have you ever had the polyurethane on the inline skate wheels ripping off the core especially when going really fast on hot tarmac roads?

I used to have this conversation a lot with people coming through El Paso to skate during the summer.....they would always be here only a few days and end up shocked how quick they go through a set of wheels. I live in El Paso TX but originally from San Diego California.......drastic temp, weathers and street/sidewalk quality condition differences between the two places. In TX in the summer times you can feel your wheels sink into asphal, pavement or most "street" surfaces. Certain spots of finer asphalt or tar on the street will literally slow you down like dirt or sand as the wheels are wearing down from heat and you can almost see them being worn down like a new layer of wheels was just shaved to the surface. You feel the rolling through dirt surface slow down feeling which is them wearing in heat to the point of almost melting. Often leaving wheels lop sided or oval almost and can be felt easily when it happens to the point of being noticeable. If it hasnt happened already at this point usually the urethane and core become detached easily as whatever adhesive used between the two comes undone similar to the soles of old shoes that start flapping off the bottom of the shoe.

Thank the stars, I'm interacting with somebody else who is also experiencing this issue. The worst part is that as the melting gets worse and you are miraculously still coasting, your legs begin to dangerously divert in different directions. And if you are either skitching or going downhill, it's game over. And when you mentioned how sticky and slow wheels get when even gently rolling across fine pavement, I absolutely related to that when just recently I dared to go out at midday when temperatures exceed 40 Celsius (?? Fahrenheit). Felt like my legs were wading through quicksand at each push. I had to quickly sidestep onto the cooler cobblestone pavement and peddle on one foot on this surface to just keep moving and save my wheels. Ironically it felt better despite the bumpiness. Regardless, it's best to head out during dusk hours. The one solution to this problem I found is using harder wheels at 88A or above. Softer wheels tend to expand and tear more easily in blistering hot weather. Also I think manufacturers should make heat-resistant polyurethane or otherwise use locks on the core to hold the PU instead of adhesive. Might solve the issue.

Zshock soda What kind of wheels were you using?
I hate coronavirus because ı want to going skatepark but my mom ...
Yeah Sukeats 🤟
It seems kinda cool to have a ridim instead of water if you don't have to live with it every day... I woudn't be sure that Sir Lomax wasn't born with Aeon's instead of feet if I wouldn't see him skating others (O.O)
Sukeats killed it
Coming to Singapore?
