Then there are the thousands of attempts to talk Sylvie down, the thousands of conversations with HWR until he mastered time travel. Then there is the aging he did by simply walking out onto the bridge, as Temporal energy ages you. So much, much, much older than a 1100 years. It could be thousands, even tens of thousands.
