Yeah she is in the thing about this real quick why would he be doing what he’s doing if not to get her back? She was the only person that cared about him and that he truly cared about. Because I mean Thor and Odin cared about him but he didn’t care enough about that he would go back in time like he’s doing to get everything he can to reset what happened to her because he thinks it’s his fault.

He made the Avengers happen right when it needed to. He said and did all the right things to make sure the plan failed, but he could never own that fact.

Frigga was the only one that kept her trust on Loki ever since, even after all of the chaotic and wrong decisions he'd made.

Everyone loves Loki, including me, but I've never agreed with people saying he was never a villain. He's not a hero, either. He's more like an anti-hero and joining the side that aligns with his interests the most. He also definitely went through a redemption arc but he WAS definitely a villain at the start. 1) In Thor 1, he betrayed his whole family and kingdom by sending the Dark Elves there. He may have been extremely jealous of his brother, angry at his father especially for lying to him for 1000+ years. But he betrayed so many people in that one movie. 2) The attack on NYC. People say that "he was under the influence of the mind stone (scepter)" or something like that. And I think that's true to some extent. It didn't mind control him as he knew exactly what he was doing but amplified his anger and conquest for power. He went from wanting just the throne of Asgard to ruling over every being in the 9 realms. He killed too many people as well. Yeah...he was definitely a villain but at least he improved as a human being and I think that's why we love him so much.

I have a question, how exactly is Loki responsible for Frigga's death, and how could he guess where Thor was when he's been in solitary confinement for over a year? In TDW he only says take the stairs to the left after the Kurse doesn't let him out, I doubt the stairs would have taken the kurse out of the prison directly to the royal bedroom. Thor was also shown having to fly far to get from the royal rooms to the prison. The first person to find Jane and the Queen was Malekith and not the Kurse, at most Loki may have played a part in aiding the Kurse get to where he needed to go a few seconds quicker but the one's who killed Frigga was ultimately the dark elves.

@@chaoticneutralsheep they didn't know the rooms...but loki know.. he directed them to the room...Otherwise they would have taken more time to figure out it.. and he is the one who started to set chaos from beginning...he used giant frost weapon... he used spectre and killed 80 people in newyork...thats why they gave him punishment...But he is not understanding it... He thought he is directing towards THOR...but not intentionally indirectly he also took a part in his mom's death.. not like LOKI made her get killed...he also played a small part in it.. Frigga is the one who taught him tricks and he mentions i didn't do it for him... he wanted father's approval ...but deep inside he loved his mom and brother even before redemption arc

@@ecofriendly321 All Loki said was to take the stairs to the left, not sure how that would direct the Kurse to Thor either, seems like it's an exit out of the prison and that's it. Loki can't use magic outside of his cell and I actually don't think he even knew the Dark elves or the reality stone was brought to Asgard because he was in solitary confinement. Malekith is able to locate the Reality stone too and that's why he finds Jane with Frigga. Peter Parker had a larger role to Uncle Ben's death because he let a robber with a gun escape when he had the chance to stop him, and I still wouldn't consider Peter an uncle killer. I do agree that Loki loves his family, he sacrifices himself for them multiple times.

Even without giving directions, they might be found anyway, and Hel still might have been released since it was an “old age” thing and not a wound thing. But, of course, it’s still possible that things would go differently, sure.

@Just a Random People but that Reset charge only shown to reset only 'things' in the show, and also If they did add new Loki, wouldn't that mean they're creating more variants. Also at the start of episode 5,Sylvie said that TVA erased her whole reality, I think once they reset , it just removes loki from that reality he will not exist at all in that timeline

yeah. i think it also has to do with a video i saw (i dont remember it) where the person said that loki doesn't want revenge or the enjoyment when he hurts people. he wants to feel loved and cared for so he tries to do these things to prove to others that he is worth their love and affection except somethings go wrong and it ends up making him look like a villan.

I think, that the most important moment for Lokis arc, is the conversation he had with Thor in the elevator. Through all the movies Loki longs for attention and love, but he feels that everyone resents him, so he turns evil, starts attacking earth, hoping to get some kind of reaction. But there in the elevator, he realizes that he himself had been running away from the love Thor and his mother were trying to give him. And so after the conversation in the elevator, he is changed. That's why it's so important that this Loki Variant, also sees and hears that conversation. Just like Loki from the original timeline, he realizes that there are people that love him, and that he has been pushing them away. I think it's a beautiful moment

Not all villains are evil, some are broken far beyond repair

He always says he doesn't care or love anyone. Everyone know he loves his mother but he love Odin either. He just wanted his love and respect desperately. He would sacrifice everything to save his family. We could see that he risked his own life to save Jane just because Thor loved her. He is not bad, he is broken.

The last thing Loki said to his Mother was “you’re not my mother” and I cried over that

The scene where he found out about Frigga and his fate with Thanos truly broke my heart 💔😭

Five months later and I still get goosebumps while watching this. Loki has quickly become my one of my favorite characters and you captured some of my fav moments from his series beautifully.

loki- i relate him in a spiritual level, i am like the fun one of the group but with my actions and words i hurt people and im always too late or wont even notice until they tell me i did something wrong and when i wanna speak up or try to make up to them i ramble about the stuff i shouldnt and its so hard for me to do it and eventually i just dont even try to make up or stand up i just have to let them go because i get misunderstood and now the people around me are like the people around loki they are always with him no matter the wrong decision he did and im just grateful the people around me are still with me. Lmao, he killed 80 people in 2 days, he was very much a villain. "But muh sad story," yeah that doesn't justify all the people he killed and families he broke. He is not a villain now, more of an anti hero or a villain that got redemption, but his feelings will never justify the people he killed. I mean, are you kidding me?! Even with Odin being a poor dad, Loki still had a life better than millions of people. Sad boy yeah right. NOW he is much more of a sad person after witnessing how his beloved mother died indirectly because of him, how his dad and most of the Asgardians died, and finally his own death. @@Arius_suira they never, at any point, said so in the movie and they never showed in it in the Loki show. The show pretty much confirms that HE was responsible, not the mindstone, or Mobius wouldn't be holding Loki accountable and asking about all those killings. Mobius knows everything after all. Also HE decided to serve Thanos, he went down that path of his own will, and why? Because daddy didn't pay him as much attention? (he literally still got SO much more attention than a lot of people, his parents were never even abusive ffs). Even Loki accepts it and literally explains his reasoning in perfect detail, not something a mind stone influenced person like Hawkeye would have done. And yeah the TVA made it pretty clear it was him, so that suggestion has been absolutely ruled out.

I’m so glad we got to see this side of Loki, and I’m so happy Marvel is allowing Tom Hiddleston this opportunity to show exactly what he’s capable of as a leading man. Whilst RDJ’s Tony Stark/Iron Man is the most Iconic character of the MCU, I personally, whole heartedly believe that the best decision they ever made was cast Hiddleston as Loki. He is by far my favorite MCU character by far. I would argue he was a given a better character arc than half the god damn Avengers got. His glorious purpose and road to achieve is more entertaining and heart wreaking to watch than even Thor’s was. They have similar stories, but Loki being the direct cause of so much of the pain and how it affects him is just so beautiful to see.

I love the show because it gives more of a transparency to Loki rather than him just being Thor's mischievous little brother, and you get to see a little bit why he did the things he did

I love how you showed the actual scenes and then the same thing playing on the TVA's TV thing thats so clever
