This song was written by the late Queen Salote. Its translation is called Silver locket. One of the hooks speaks about how she is envious about the winds freedom; but must succumb herself to a sliver locket( her wedding ring). Apparently, her significant other wasn't as faithful as she had hoped, so you can pretty much fill in the blanks.
