It will be more mature if the Hon'ble Minister express his opinion without comparing any other political party concerning the present conflict issue in Manipur reason being that he is in the State Govt. What people wanted is whether this complex situation cannot be easily resolved even by the Central Govt. ? Why it takes such a long period of time to resolve. Amit Shah said that the contest in election is between one who wanted to retain the unity of Manipur and another who wanted to break. I do agree with his statement but I must say that the one who wants to break Manipur is the Central BJP Govt. and a few KuKi MLAs and Ministers who belongs to State BJP because we have witnessed that the Central Govt. has not initiate to resolve for more more than 11 months and the Kuki BJP MLAs and Ministers are still demanding for separate administration and the State Govt. are still intentionally not taking up any action against the said MLAs and Ministers even though their demand are ultra virus to the provisions of the constitution. Is it that BJP is not doing things to resole the conflict as the Congress have not done thing during their time. And one thing that how can he assure that if he wins the election he will be able to resolve the conflict when the former MP who was a BJP was not even given a chance to address about the conflict in the parliament. The fact is that not only the people of Manipur but the whole Nation knows that the Central BJP Govt. do not want to resolve the issue sooner and the people of Manipur can imagine those reasons behind.

Well its not the party but the man. Actually all these problems like hill valley divide were started since long. Even though maximum CM were meiteis but the top beaurocrates were from the kuki and they always worked with their own agenda. Those were not checked timely. Add to that the religious leaning politics of the present resime of BJP ( it was not so pronounced during Sri Bajpayee's time). Thats how this conflict situation in a nutshell.

My take from the interview: PM Modi will only visit Manipur just to lift the trophy and when the carpets are rolled out. He prefers not to visit Manipur when people are dying and houses are burning
